This is a super handy tool. Most of the Roloc type holders have a 1 1/2" shaft which works well for most things but I got this 4" shaft for longer reach in tight spaces or around obstacles. It's pretty good quality and runs true in my die grinder. Now I got the 4" which gives me 2 1/2" more reach than I would have with a stock shaft which suits my needs very well, but they also offer a 6" option for even more clearance if that's what you need. Whatever you choose these extended shafts are really great when you need them.

didn’t think it would hold the sand paper attchment in place at high speed but it dose. Works great and allows me to get into the places i need to sand. Working on a iron gate taking paint off. Using a high speed air tool. Worth the money.

This is a review for the EM-146 6” Extension Shank for Quick Change Disc Pad Holders & Bore Polishers, 1/4" Shank Mandrel x 6" Overall Length, 1/4"-20 Thread Size, Compatible with Roloc, Roll Lock, TR, TS HoldersThis is a nice extension rod that i used with my Roloc sanding pad. This tool worked well for me when I need an extension to get at a deep piece of equipment. The rod was straight and the threads were well cut.
