This is a great kit with a wide array of LOTO gear covering the large majority of use cases. The locks are uniquely keyed and the metal hasps feel pretty heavy duty. The 'do not operate' tags do feel a bit flimsy, but at least you get a lot of them.If you're ordering for a company looking for industrial-grade gear, look elsewhere, but for the average contractor these are perfect.

What a wonderful little kit for lockout!This bundle comes with all of the essentials for a personal lockout kit. The locks feel like a typical lockout lock. A light plastic shell with an adequate metal shackle. Each lock comes with its own key that only opens their respective locks. Each of the plug and breaker wedges feel like ones that I am used to. The are a light plastic as well. The metal lock clasps are well made, and the plastic ones are a nice addition for situations where the metal clasp can’t fit.The plastic cord cover is a nice addition to the kit. It will be sufficient is locking out medium sized cord ends. The rest of the items are quite standard, zip ties, tags (essential for the ‘tag out’ part of ‘lockout/tag out’) and a bag to hold everything together.One thing I will criticize is the quality of the bag. It does have a couple small mesh pockets to place items in on the interior walls, but the feel of the bag isn’t what I would expect to carry all of the items in the kit while on a job site. I think if you’re planning to use all of these items daily on a construction site, you will probably want to carry it in another bag. For personal use, this bag will do just fine!There is some great value in this kit and I would recommend it to anyone looking to add a couple locks and clasps to their lockout bag.

A lot of lock out options for those that don’t need a large kit. This coveralls all my needs and maybe a few I don’t have.Nice bag, all parts are great quality. Very happy with this. Safety is no joke!

My only complaint is the flimsy plastic flap for the breakers clasps. These seem like it will break off after a few uses. Everything else within this kit is pretty good. I work on panels and boxes caily so a good lockout set like this one is good to use. The locks are great, the keys are dimple cut which offers better pick resistant than traditional keys. Overall this is a comprehensive kit for electrical boxes with enough locks to distribute to a small team of workers.

Full disclosure, I was given this item as part of Amazon's Vine program in exchange for an honest review, positive or negative. I have been around plant manufacturing and facility management all my working life. I have seen the importance of good lockout procedures as they prevent accidents and death. This lockout kit has everything the professional electrician or industrial mechanic needs.While the locks don't offer the best security, they don't need to. You are not trying to keep a thief out. You are simply letting other people know not to turn on the equipment because you are working on it. It comes with 4 locks, so if you have a crew, you can assign each person his or her own lock with their name on it. Everyone who is working on the equipment puts their lock on the switch or power source. One by one, they finish their part on the equipment and remove their lock. When the last person removes their lock, the equipment is ready to be turned on.The circuit breaker locks are nice and they seem durable. They are easy to use as well. The kit even includes a cord lock to lock out the end of the plug on the AC cord so no one can plug the equipment you are working on into the wall outlet. The kit comes with a few zip ties. You are either going to have to add more of your own or get the kind of zip ties you can undo to remove. Overall, I like this kit. It is a good addition to my safety equipment.

This Boviisky Lockout Tagout kit comes with an excellent basic assortment of LOTO tools. I was looking for a good value kit with breaker lockouts after getting a good shock on an oven. It's no substitute for double and triple checking the voltage, but it's a really clear sign that power is off for a reason or equipment should not be operated.This set comes with everything shown but what I was really interested in were the single and multi-breaker lockouts. These both work well. The multi-breaker lockout is very secure and worked on multiple panels I tested it on. The single breaker lockout is a little more challenging to get on tight, but once on it does get a good enough bite to stay on well. In theory, you could pull or knock it off but I was able to get it secure enough to feel like it would stay put. The main goal is to be a clear visual indicator to not restore power, and these definitely do the job.This also comes with a cord lockout which I will be able to use as well, plus various hasps, tags, and four locks, all keyed differently. All of it stores neatly in the bag. This set is pretty well optimized to include everything I will probably need and this kit will likely cover every use case I'll ever come across. The value is fantastic and the items are all good quality and feel like they'll hold up well over time.All in all, I couldn't be happier with the quality of the set, the selection of included pieces, and the overall value of this kit. I'd definitely recommend it if most of your LOTO work includes breakers, cords, or equipment with rings that accept the locks. This has plenty of flexibility as well with the multiple locks/keying and hasps, so this would work very well in many settings. Really happy overall, and highly recommend!

I'm an electrical engineer and I need to be able to lockout equipment to service it.This kit is a handy way to store everything you could need to lockout switchgear, circuit breakers, and other devices.It starts out with 4 padlocks, each with two keys. The keys would be next to impossible to duplicate.There are 2 metal scissor expanders for multiple locks.There are 2 plastic expanders for multiple locks.There is a stack of lockout tags for writing name and phone numberThere is a single-point lockout keybox.Everything fits into the sturdy bright red storage bag.Great.So everything looks well-designed and capable of locking out hazardous energy sources.However, so much of the kit is plastic I don't know if a plant's safety department would allow it to be used. It wouldn't take a lot of effort to break the plastic parts.I'm sure a facility such as an automotive plant would not allow anything but the padlocks and metal scissors to be used.So I will give this high marks for design and completeness, but I have to question whether I'd ever be able to use it. If your facility allows plastic, this would be an awesome addition to your safety equipment.Update 11/9/2023:I showed this to our corporate safety manager and he loved it. He said the plastic parts would not be a problem. There are so many useful pieces in the kit, there should be no excuse for not locking out hazardous energy sources.

This is a great kit for labs like ours that don’t do a ton of electrical work but need LO/TO kits on hand to fill the requirement for the OSHA/NFPA/NIOSH/NCOSHA requirement to have policy in place. It probably won’t get much use, but if we have any incidents that involve electricity, we will be covered and able to sufficiently keep the switches, breakers, panels, or even cord ends sufficiently protected to prevent accidental electrocution or shocks. I’m somewhat impressed by the 4 included locks as they have a much more secure key than your standard master lock I just wish the bodies were not plastic. This is likely to prevent a shocking experience touching them but wish they were heavier metal with a rubber coating. Plenty of tags are included and even zip ties. For a small kit that neatly fits in a small fannypack sized case, it packs a nice amount of product inside and it fits anywhere. This is a great value being that purchasing these products individually would cost you more than double even from the same vendor. If you need this- this is a great kit for up to 4 people in a small business.
