ELBALUBES 1330 EC is inorganically thickened, medium viscosity synthetic hydrocarbon grease specially formulated for the effective lubrication and protection of electrical contacts. Improves heat transfer between heat sinks and CPU’s, GPU’s, flip chips, semiconductors, transistors, LED’s, fans, Electrical connectors for boat, trailers automotive and other heat generating electronic component ELBALUBES 1330 EC is formulated with a benzotriazole type metal passivator to protect copper and yellow metal alloys. A UV dye is also added to facilitate detection of the grease in thin film on electrical contacts.
