I love this fireplace insert SO MUCH! Was super easy to put together, the fire looks kinda realistic (enough) and it puts out a good amount of heat. It makes my living room feel cozy and no more messy, burning wood.

Love this. It gives a nice warm and cozy glow. And doesn’t need tending like a real fire would. Doesn’t look tacki either, esp if you put in your fireplace.

This looks really nice and makes our living room look cozy. It keeps the room warm. When it arrived the remote control did not work, I emailed the company and they responded right away and mailed me a replacement that works great.

The Electric Fireplace Logs Heater insert is just as described and it works great and fits great in my fireplace. I am very pleased with it and can recommend it without any reservations.The "flames" light is very realistic and add a nice element to my fireplace.

I was looking for something to put in my wood-burning fireplace that would be a cleaner and more convenient option. I am SO happy with this purchase! It was the easiest installation, taking me 3 seconds to pull it out of the box and slide it into the fireplace. The lights really mimic a real fire, and it heats my 750 sq ft condo quickly. You can turn the heat setting off and just have the cozy vibe if you're warm enough. Noise level is little to none - a soft whirring noise only while the heat setting is on but completely quiet when the heat is off. The only thing I would wish for is that it made a little crackling fire sound, but besides that, it's the perfect insert!!
