This product was not what I expected upon receipt. It is plastic and cheaply made. It did not meet my expectations and I requested to return the item (still in box and not used). I was told from seller there will be a 15% processing fee AND I am responsible for the shipping (unlike Amazon fantastic return process). I absolutely do not recommend this product.

I ordered a chrome nickle finish but received a black one. We had already dismantled our old one waiting for this one to arrive and we went ahead and installed it (Grandson, age 15 installed it ). It works great as we installed it into our 5th wheel tub and shower unit and it is a great addition. It came with a new hose and Shower head so the one I ordered will be sent back as it is the exact same one. The diverter works with a slight pull and the shower head is fantastic. It is the best addition we have added to our 23 year old 5th wheel (third replacement). It only took maybe 10 minutes to install by my grandson who has never done anything like this before (Grandma is always providing him with life learning situations). I would have given it a 5 star rating but since they sent the wrong color I had to list that as the only negative.

Fits our little camper perfect, look SO much better than the 1920's look that was in there, not cheap plastic, and fits the shower module great!

Could not install this faucet as the instruction manual is only accessible online. Does not help the camper who is camping off grid. They should have provided a paper copy in box.

Sent the wrong color, but was needed for the weekend. I had no choice but to use it. Excellent quality with poor quality control. Will I order from this vendor again….NO!!

I like the look of the faucet, and that's why I bought it. It is very lightweight but it feel cheap if that makes sense. The part you see once it's installed looks nice, so that's ok. The first one I installed leaked internally, so they sent me a replacement. I've installed it with fingers crossed. One weird thing about it, and this happened on both so I assumed it's inherent to the design, is that when you have the shower on and either turn off the water so the diverter turns off, or physically press the diverter to turn it off, when you then turn the water back on for the sink, the diverter has a tendency to pop back up, turning on the shower again. It did it every time on the first I was sent, but I know there was an internal part broken. On the replacement, I can see the diverter almost pop up when I turn the water on, so I don't know if it will become a problem. I'm going to keep my eye on it and will send it back and go with another brand if it does. Even if the diverter isn't up, I can see water travelling up the shower hose ever so slowly. I just think it's a bad design, and like I said, I'll give it a couple weeks. Does look nice though. I do think it's a little expensive for what it is. I'm relatively new to the RV world and am noticing that a lot of the parts seem so cheap in terms of quality.
