Old pull down faucet in RV had a weight for the pull down and functioned ok, but this is so much nicer looking, easier to use and because I didn't have all the hose down below, it actually saved a bit of space in the cabinet. Easy and quick to install (well, other than needing to bend into a pretzel to get in the cabinet), but it was an easy install and a definite improvement.
