Easy to install. A little difficult to program especially when you only need one out of 10 available programs, but this has made my life so much easier, I don't know why I didn't have one installed years ago years ago

I've been using these for several years. They work well just a bit hard to do the programing. The cord from the valve to the controller has a tendency to decay . They don't last very long maybe three years.

Had this valve for 4 or 5 years and it was very reliable. It stopped working (blank screen) one day and I called their tech to trouble shoot. They asked for a bar code, which I e-mailed, and they sent me a replacement in two days. I'm now back up and running. Saved my garden from the 100+ degree heat here in Tucson. Great service to say the least. They earned all my business. Would strongly recommend.

I was looking here to replace 2 of 3 that have died after 2 years (purchased elsewhere). For the price, I think they should have lasted longer. I did not have trouble with the batteries or the watre not shutting off--they just quit.

These are absolute junk. I've had three of them die within a year of installation. The buttons stopped working on the first one. The LCD stopped working on the second one. Worse of all, the valve stuck open on the third one!I should have taken it as a warning sign when I called for a replacement of the second one and they went through a whole list of possible failures making me which it was!
