One thing I’ve noticed in every single TV show from the custom car fab shows to the woodworking shows to the home construction shows every single one of them use Milwaukee cordless drills and impacts, and every single one of them use this exact DeWalt Jigsaw. Now that I’ve used this Jigsaw I can clearly see why, this is the jigsaw to end all jigsaws. The built in dust blower is an excellent touch, works great when running at full speed. At first I didn’t think it worked at all, then I discovered there was a switch on the side to adjust the dust blower from off to high, no idea why it needs this switch, why would you ever want to turn that off. That was my bad for not reading the manual, but manuals have become nothing short of annoying to read anymore ever since they stopped being written by tech people and instead written by lawyers, print too tiny to read and 98% common sense warnings like “don’t use this under water” and only 2% actual instruction.I think this thing has more power than my lawn mower, yet is quieter and easier to control, absolutely love it, there’s no wonder why this is the one jigsaw all the pros choose to use.The only thing it’s missing, which was surprising to me this day in age, is there’s no built in LED light on it. You’d think with all the well thought out features and design of this tool they would have thought to provide built in LED lights that light up your work space like artificial daylight.

I love this thing!! I wish I had bought one sooner, I had been using an old black and decker and the difference is amazing. They did have to send me a replacement because the first one was broken right out of the box, and wouldn't hold a blade. But the second one works like butter.

Unfortunately, I need 230V power supply as mentioned on its description but i recieved it at 120V. It won’t work in the UAE without extra transformer all the time.

I call this my Porsche of a Jigsaw but I'm not sure if that is high enough praise. All the adjustments are easy to make and lock in well. The plastic foot for trim work really does protect more delicate woods and is easy to remove and reinstall. There is plenty of adjustability to the throttle with the speed setting dial and plenty of responsiveness to a softer or harder pull on the trigger. There are three levels of aggressiveness with the blade which make a noticeable difference and the blade changing mechanism is extremely simple to use. As a final perk the blower, which is adjustable as well, does a fantastic job of keeping sawdust off your cutting line. I like this saw so much I have purchased it as a thank you gift for friends that have helped me on larger projects, and they wound up thanking me!

Poprzednio miałem dużo tańszą wyrzynarkę zastanawiałem się czy warto dać dużo więcej za taki sprzęt ale nie żałuję - ta wyrzynarka Dewalta jest świetna! Praktycznie nie czuć wcale wibracji, dzięki temu, że waży ok. 2,6kg doskonale się prowadzi, nie trzeba jej w ogóle dociskać tylko prowadzić po linii :) Wystarczy , że spojrzysz na zdjęcia żeby zobaczyć jaki świetny rezultat cięcia można uzyskać , 90 stopni zarówno w pionie jak i poziomie oraz praktycznie brak postrzępień po cięciu (użyłem tutaj brzeszczotu Bosch T101B).Zalety:- idealna waga, doskonale się prowadzi- brak wibracji- doskonała jakość cięcia- budowa urządzenia sprawia wrażenie bardzo solidnego (wszystko praktycznie metalowe)- dobry system nadmuchu usuwający trociny dzięki czemu mamy dobrą widoczność- precyzyjny regulator mocy- bardzo łatwa i bezpieczna wymiana brzeszczotów- regulacja kąta cięcia za pomocą "wajchy" bez klucza imbusowego- w zestawie osłona plastikowa oraz adapter do odciągu wiórów (pasuje do odkurzacza warsztatowego)Wady:- osłona przeciodpryskowa, ciężko ją zamocować tak żeby nie odpadała powinna być szersza- w walizce mogłoby być minimalnie więcej miejsca dla kablaTe wady to są drobiazgi , urządzenie zdecydowanie POLECAM !!!

J'ai découvert cette marque qui me semble être une marque professionnelle pour le bâtiment?Le système d'accroche de la lame est très simple à utiliser et est robuste. Pas trop lourd et maniable. Le variateur de vitesse fonctionne très bien et est idéalement placé! Très content :)

Was soll man da noch sagen? Top Qualität, massiv verarbeitet und einfach nur mega präzise! Profi gerät zum top preis für das was man hier bekommt. Jeder zeit wieder :) Ist mein erstes dewalt Produkt in meiner Sammlung da meine akku maschinen von Milwaukee sind. Auf arbeit arbeite ich viel mit dewalt,Viele Maschinen sind schon seit 8 jahren täglich im Einsatz und laufen immernoch ohne Probleme von daher fiel die Entscheidung für die private Anschaffung meine kabel Maschinen alle von dewalt zu kaufen und die akku Werkzeuge allerdings von Milwaukee. So kann auch privat kein projekt scheitern!

I'm amazed and a little humbled at how good a pairing between this model DeWalt jigsaw is with its compatible Bosch blades, specifically the metal-cutting T118B. Here I was, stuggling with an obnoxious bandsaw at a Maker location that could only barely cut 1/4" aluminum plate with iffy results, and on a lark I upgraded to a better jigsaw for myself & tried cutting the plates myself at home. I kept the cutting process slow & steady and the whole process was faster and, more importantly, more accurate. One has to keep air-blasting the little nibble chips of aluminum out of the way, and keep the WD-40 on the cutting area, of course. I'm embarrassed I hadn't considered that a jigsaw could do the job instead. Then I got daring (and neither Bosch nor DeWalt will advise this) but since I needed two plates cut identically, I stacked them to make 1/2" thick alum plate. This is double the maximum thickness Bosch recommends for this blade line, but neither the blade nor the jigsaw even seemed to care. It cut the two 1/4" stacked plates just as easily, almost as quickly. I have no explanation except it's quality stuff. If I had to suggest anything to DeWalt, it would be to include an LED light source to the cutting area, as jigsaws in general tend to cast a shadow over whatever you're doing. And it would be insanely cool if there were some accessory that allowed the user to blast the cutting area with supplied compressed air & WD-40 as needed. As it is, I have to stop, search around for the air nozzle & blast it, then put that down, then search around for the can of WD-40 and give that a squirt, then put that down, then resume cutting. This is true of all jigsaw metal jobs, and I know it's a silly 'blue-sky' idea but as an accessory I'd find it incredibly useful & would speed up the job immensely. But that's an aside. This jigsaw is a magnificent brute. I'm never letting anyone borrow it.
