My lateral file cabinet was easy to assemble. Very stylish and plenty of storage for all my files. Great product at a reasonable price.

Instructions were a little unclear for orientation on several parts, but not a huge deal. The biggest issue was the craftsmanship was sub par. One piece was falling off out of the box.It does function how it should, but leaves some to be desired.

Very nice. Was a bit of a pain to put together. Easy to do just lengthy. Nice filing cabinet though

After 3+ hours of two people putting together, top drawer would not open once closed. Uggh. Customer service was 10 emails back and forth. They were nice enough but not effective in resolving. I had to get Amazon customer service involved. Once I did, resolution was achieved. Sadly this is not a usable product so I will need to purchase and assemble a different file cabinet.

Took a few hours for hubby to assembleLove the drawers, one is lockable with tons of room for files the other drawer I keep some supplies. Looks great in my office much better than the standard file cabinet. The top has plenty of room for a printer or whatever you want to keep on the top

This is a poor quality piece of furniture. It has a locking system whereas one drawer won't open if the other is open, which doesn't work most of the time. Therefore, neither drawer will open as it locks them both shut. I had to remove the clips to get the drawers to even function. The tolerances are not correct. It also seems quite flimsy for the heavy files it is supposed to hold. I imagine this will not hold up over time. Would not recommend.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! There is so much better product out there than this cheep POS. The drawers are flimsy and I feel like it can't hold the weight it would need. The draws also go all the way to the back instead of sitting in place and the locking mechanisms didn't install easily. over all buy something worth the time.

Do not buy this item!!! Cheap and defective pieces inside the box. Several pieces were split and unable to assemble. 1 - day past return and they will not provide any assistance, speak to me, or replace damaged pieces or item. Buyer beware !!!! Don’t do it! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Worst purchase on Amazon.
