I’m sure you can do this cheaper and cut it all out yourself. But DEI did a great job with this. Easy to mold. Fits perfectly. I taped down all the edges and used some 3m adhesive flashing tape to cover the seams in the middle. Keeps out a ton of heat and really quiets down the engine noise. Would buy again in a heartbeat 👍👍👍

This insulation kit really helped with the excessive cab heat issue on my Honda Pioneer.Until Honda decides to fix the issue, you’ll have to depend on a quality heat insulation kit like this one from DEI.Shipped quickly and arrived with Zero damage.Would highly recommend to anyone with a Honda Pioneer 1000.

this product did not have the contact adhesive on the 2 parts that supposed to stick in the back of Honda Pioneer 1000-5 . Also the aluminum on the side the adhesive should be on came already separating from the fiber insulation!! DEI support team is sending correct parts

It is currently in the 90s, and we've ridden several times and there has been a significant improvement with this heat shield. Had trouble figuring out how to install the foot shields for the back. But, other than that very pleased. Can't speak to the durability yet. But in the past when we would hit a puddle heat would steam up thru the seats and smother you and immediately after the install we noticed that issue was eliminated. Very pleased.

Product reduces heat and some engine noise. Utube video doesn't take off as many rear panels as written instructions which have unclear pictures of rear footwellHeat shield placement. Reinstalling plastic push pins will have you reviewing your adjectives. Also seat wouldn't latch without pushing down with great force. That will probably be ok after sitting on it for a bit. Product works, as stated by others,Honda should have designed the engine bay with the heat and noise issues. As you know they charge enough to have that included.

Absolutely terrible product. Instructions are vague and very unclear. They don’t address several of the issues you’ll run into. Even the videos on their website don’t help hardly at all. They insulation doesn’t fit, and doesn’t have any of the pre cut holes needed to attach it. I tried cutting my own, but the factory plastic rivets weren’t long enough. I would’ve been better off not touching my SxS and dealing with the heat. Absolute waste of money, and what’s more is now I have a bigger heat issue on my hands. What a joke. If I could leave negative stars, I would.
