These work great so far. Replaced plugs and coils (45k mi) in my 2008 Porsche Cayenne Turbo. Fire very smoothly and provided noticeable improvement over the original.

The spark plug depicted is obviously not a long-reach IKH22,and if you try to order it for a car that you KNOW takes an IKH22 (like my Volvo V50), it will give you a warning that "This item does not fit your vehicle." Disregard the warning and order the plug, as I did. You'll get an actual IKH22,not the plug in the photo. And it will fit your car, if it's supposed to.

My car is a 2006 forester XT where stock plugs are NGK ILFR6B (already iridium spec).I needed to replace this plugs but OEMs were too expensive that needed to look for an alternative. The Denso straight replacement are the IKH20 but they are stock gapped to 1.1mm. The NGK ILFR6B are 0.8mm so the Denso IKH22 were offered to me. Still cheaper than those from subaru and with a nice result even more I have more room to increase boost.

This spark plug is what comes with the Toyota Tundra & Sequoia supercharger install kit, factory stock engine got IKH20 which are a bit hotter, IKH22 are cooler for performance sake, my first set was replaced after 55k miles of mixed driving including dunning with 33" tires on weekends(on a 2008 TRD SC Sequoia)...It idles and run fine and could easily lasted more than 60k miles, but i read somewhere online that their normal life expires around ~60k miles since they are 0.4mm type, the 0.6mm type last ~100k miles comfortably. Upon inspecting my IKH22 i found out the spark tip shrank due to it thinnes and usage(comparing side by side by eye), basically the gap got bigger due to the tip wearing out from usage, i changed it as a preventable maintenance and to keep the performance tip top.
