Netting seems sturdy. Easily fits two paddles. So much easier than juggling 4 or 5 loose parts to haul two padddles around.

I bought this bag to carry a pair of aluminum oars. I wasn't sure if the bag would be long enough, but I took a chance, since it was so cheap. It turned out not to be long enough, but the open end closes just enough to keep them contained, and they're inexpensive paddles, so I'm using the bag to transport them like this anyway. In the image I uploaded, you can see all four halves in the bag, and the length of the longest sides are 51.5 inches. About 1.5 inches hangs out the end. The draw string is not super tight, so I have to be a little mindful when carrying them like this, to prevent the oars from sliding out. Hopefully this helps anyone else in my shoes.

Truth be told, I haven't been using this for too long but-it seems very well made and does the job of holding two sets of kayak paddles very well. No more windmilling, slipping or sliding.

Look no further. This is the bag you have been looking for. Very strong. Wet paddles can dry out quickly on the way home from your outings.
