Good to have on hand for quick DIY trouble shooting and repair when the drips are unstoppable. If you own or service Delta faucets, it's good to have a few of these in your plumbing kit. Keep older faucets going for longer life; fix DIY and take advantage of the older -sometimes better- designs of the past.

Great kit, fixed my leaking shower from the spout and shower head. Watched a video on youtube since it had been years since the last repair. Takes about 30 minutes from start to finish, with a few tools you can save a costly repair with a plumber. No more leak, shower works like a charm and good for years to come. If you have the similar problem with a small drip try this first.Tip: when you remove the shower cartridge, shake it, if you hear it rattle inside this is good, means there is nothing wrong with the cartridge.Tip 2: buy some plumbers grease or silicone and put some on all the rubber parts, it will make it easier in the future to remove things.

I found a video that showed how to take the faucet apart. It didn't indicate which way the black piece should go back in but that wasn't the parts fault here... and we figured it out.However...1) The parts come with no instructions.2) The tub still has a slow drip... but the faucet moves easier now.3) There are two extra individual washers that must go somewhere but we could not identify them in the faucet part.This is the kit # provided to me by Delta for my Monitor shower faucet.

This part kit worked great to fix my Delta Monitor faucet dripping.Since mine was 20 years old, I needed to cut off the old bonnet nut, so order a RP22734 before you start the job. So my bonnet nut review for the removal process, adapted from YouTube.

My Delta Monitor 1700 started dripping. The spring washers and figure 8 washer in this kit stopped the drip (the two single round washers were not needed for my repair). You don't need the full cartridge replacement. Get this and save money. It is a very simple replacement, many YouTube videos show how.Update.After 3 weeks, a small seep started. Still not as bad as before. I think the metal plate these washers are up against may have also been slightly worn to allow the small leak. Maybe a thin film of plumbers grease on the plate during reassembly would help (?). I will buy a cartridge kit now.

I am not sure what model I have but I attached a picture of it. In the off position the faucet would keep leaking a dribble of water unless you nudged it just right. I was gonna go buy a new one until I found a youtube video that linked to link to this product and it looked pretty similar to mine so I just bought it and installed it, easy peasy!

The product itself is fine, they just don't fit the Delta Monitor 17 series...looks like I'm better off buying the full cartridge replacement (RP46463). The coupled o-rings are too close together and the individual rings are not as thick as the originals.

Apparently one of the previous washers was melting. It shot out and black liquid was there for the old one. Putting in this kit/reassembling stopped the leak.

Simple to install. Fit perfect stopped drip coming out of faucet.Hardest part was safely removing the bonnet nut safely. I used a hairdryer to heat the brass nut and it came right off with ease. prior to that there was alot of tension and probably would have ruptured the water lines using too much force.There was a set of o rings in the set that I didn't use for my application.

I've had to buy three of these packs so far to fix these garbage delta faucets (all three went within 3-4 years of purchasing new). The first two worked great and no issues. The last had an anomaly in the double gasket and wouldn't seat so I had to clean and use the old one. The gap between the two was about 3mm too small compared to the others. I chock it up to a manufacturing defect that wasn't caught.Other components worked though.
