I think the seller changed this listing from the time when I got it to now. What I got was a concrete sealant sausage, 10oz. It has since been upgraded to 20oz sausages. The product itself is good. It's pretty flowy, so it doesn't take much force to push it out. This is a sausage sealant, so you will need a sausage caulk gun to use it. I didn't time the drying of the product, but it looked pretty cured to me after 2 days.-1 star because the product that I got came in 10oz sausage. This is just weird and looks tiny in the sausage gun. Because it was so small, it did leak a little on the inside of the gun tube, despite my best efforts. Please don't do these funny sizes.

In terms of product performance, this stuff works great on expansion joints. It sealed the gap between my driveway and the road with a flexible, but dense rubbery material. Adhered to both side of the joint walls, too, so should keep water out. I finished by tossing some sand on the top of the smoothed goo, which helps hide imperfections. Now, the down side. The sellers are borderline incompetent or lazy. Twice my orders were lost and I had to cancel and reorder. Another time It was a week before they finally shipped my order. Bottom line, do not use seller if you have a time sensitive job, and their fulfillment effort is very lacking. Am giving a very generous four stars because the produce is good, but minus one star for poor customer service. I should deduct two, but I am feeling charitable today….

I received the sealant and the sausages had only 2 months until expiration. It was very tough on my hands squeezing it out. Tip: I discovered if I let the tubes sit in the sun awhile (75F today), the sealant softens up nicely and was much easier to dispense. I'm sure the pros know that and can get a good chuckle at my expense.

I used Sika concrete caulk for my driveway expansion joints but found that I was using a 12 0z. tube in a matter of feet on the larger joints. I wanted to go to sausage packs but Sika did not make the product in the packs, so I tried DCP. A few reviews showed that the caulk was near expiration but the product received mostly good to excellent reviews, so I ordered it. I was also one of those that received older product. Don't let that dissuade you from trying the product though. I went to their website and contacted them and they responded immediately. They sent replacement product right away that, in my opinion, works just as well as Sika. I was told by the representative that by 9/2024, they would be shipping a product with an additive that makes the product stable when exposed to the heat of warehouse storage, ensuring quality on arrival.

I had to fill a LOT of seams and driveway / sidewalk cracks and needed a second case of joint filler. I tried a different brand first and didn't really like how it flowed so I tried Donseal PU440 when I needed a second case and I was much more satisfied with the Donseal. It flowed better even in cooler weather (60-65 degrees Fahrenheit). It was much better self leveling as well. I would highly recommend it.

The product had become so hard in the packaging that it would not squeeze out so it was worthless. Also the container is way too long to fit in a standard caulking gun.

Wear gloves, this stuff is hard to get off your hands. That tells me it's pretty tough. Clean your cracks out well and there's no need to fill the crack completely. I just fill them around halfway then run my finger down it to smooth and spread it in the cracks. Clean your sausage style caulk gun with mineral spirits and a rag after. I spray some WD40 on the compression rod after as well. So far, it works great.
