This will blur your vision even at low to medium settings, I'd absolutely recommend. I use this on a sim rig and also have a 50w shaker. The 50w shaker is inadequate in comparison.

I cannot believe I haven't owned a pair sooner than I have. I've got 2 semi powerful subs but they don't compare to the bass pounding I get from these shakers. Anyone who has a decent audio system for movies and needs to turn the bass down at night should have a pair of these in their couch.I live in a townhouse and I'm semi considerate past 9ish with the subs pounding so I turn down my subs and turn up the shakers as they omit no sound only feeling. These shakers are a different kind of bass. They hit hard and scare the beep outta me at times. I have two directly under me bottom. My partner doesn't care for bass and so I put them both under me and were both happy with this arrangement. Movies just slam the bass at you.I cannot believe the feeling they provide..I highly HIGHLY recommend these to any bass lovers.I have 300 watts going to a pair of these. Sometimes they hit so hard I think i've blown them but nope they keep on pounding my ah couch. Just make sure you mount them solid to the wood part of the couch. If you cant get them on some solid wood then attach some 3/4 inch plywood to what you can get too and mount the shaker or shakers to that.. Theres a few help videos on yt that can assist you. Get some beefy wood screws as these will wanna walk off and piss you off. I hope you meet up with a few or even one works just fine..I have an overkill kinda personality and two is probably an overkill but wth you only live once so get all the bass you can while you can if you can. Enjoy

I bought 2 of these and hooked them up to my stereo and I'm so amazed by the quality of sound. It takes at least 100 watts to get them going, and they performed very well. These are a bargain and they are very versatile as well!

I am very happy with this bass shaker. I used a DSP to add the correct delay (5.5ms to match my subwoofer delay) and equalized the 30hz peak/resonant frequency this is the perfect addition to a home theatre. I can report that after hours of use it doesn't get hot, just warm. This also works well if you want cut out the For the price this is so worth it.Watching movies like The Edge of Tomorrow, Dredd, The Dark Knight, The Creator, Dune Part I & II, Avatar: Way of the Water is a totally different experience.

I pulled off the bottom cover to my couch, cut and predrilled holes into 2, 4”x1” boards and screwed them across the back of my couch, then mounted this to the center. Paired with a fossi 600w amp, running from my 2nd subwoofer output from my stereo receive.First thing my wife said, “where has this been out while life?” We just watched our first horror movie with it set up, Talk to Me. Pretty intense with all the added immersion. Loving it so far!

I have this Dayton BXT 300EX connected to a 90-watt amp that came with my Gamer 2 Buttkicker. The Buttkicker was always overheating and shutting down and eventually died after using it for a few years (mostly while racing in my rig).I purchased the bass shaker since it is rated at 300 watts.I have now been using this bass shaker for 3 months, and it's working great. I have it mounted on a board that is connected to my desk chair using one of those Stainless Steel Wall wall-mounted ceiling Mount Pipe Supports. I can quickly unscrew it without tools and move it to my Next Level Racing GT Lite foldable racing rig. The whole process takes 2 minutes.Although it states it is rated at 300 watts if I put the volume of my app past 65% or so, the bass shaker will get too hot to the touch, so I never put it over 50%. But that still provides plenty of bass shake.Originally I get these shakers from my racing, but once I discovered a way to attach it to my desk chair, it was a game changer. Being able to feel the gunshots in games, feeling the engine of a spaceship, feeling explosions, or feeling the bass of my music is priceless.I can not see myself playing games again without a bass shaker connected. This is a great product. On a side note, I had 2 Dayton BST-1's connected to a little $30 2 channel 50-watt amp. But they did not produce enough bass and they both eventually blew, due to running them at high volume.

I bought this to replace a nothing-wrong-with-it-preforming-as-intended 50w Aura transducer. Mind you, it was functioning perfectly, and I was completely happy with the Aura. 300 however, is a far superior number to 50, and I was swayed by the call for more power! Am I ever glad I swapped. Not only is it more intense with the big stuff (booms, bangs, and kablooeys), but the small stuff (rumbles, grumbles, and tremors) are so much more noticeable, I don’t know how I survived with the Aura. It is worth the upgrade, provided you have an amp to drive it. I went with the Fosi td10b and bought the upgraded powers supply for it. These items combined create a magically immersive experience. I have it mounted to a gaming chair, on a page I cut from 10” structural steel stud. I can’t turn the knob past 40%, or my eyes vibrate in my skull, and controlling the mouse becomes difficult. This thing rocks!

My goal with this setup was to build a immersive bass system I could use with my Sony V-6 headphones and not bother anybody else in the room.So I purchased the Dayton BST-1 50 Watt and paired it with the Fosi Audio MO4 Sub amp that was rated at 100 watts. It did "ok" but would get unbelievably hot to the point of not being able to even touch it after only playing some good bass music for about 1/2 hour. Amazon was gracious enough to let me send it back. So I was looking for a replacement and walla, this beautiful thing had just been released. And the first reviewer was having the "exact same problem" as I was.I was a bit nervous as I did not know if the Fosi M04 had the beans to push this big boy. So I got to doing some research and found an amazing article that talked about the chip that they used in the Fosi M04 amp and how amazing it was, and if I wanted the most out of it, I needed a good 24v 5amp or better power supply as the one that comes with it is only 19 volts and is a cheapie. So I got to looking and found the Shnitpwer 24v 10amp power supply and ordered that too.Got it all on the same day and went to work bolting it to my "gaming chair" : )To say I was blown away would be an understatement! I simply did not realize how under powered the BST-1 really was until running this for the first time. I could tell immediately, the quality of bass was not only much more powerful, but way more defined. Sub 30hz lows were really lost on the BST-1 but on this bad boy it came out powerful and clear. So I decided to test how many beans this setup really had and found a very nice track, POWER GLOVE @ DIGITAL MIRAGE 3 on Youtube and let it ride. If you like 80's retro techno and like bass, this will be a real treat. This is a hard hitting track that last 30 minutes. I figured, if anything was going to show it's limits, this would do it.30 minutes of intense music later, the BST-300EX was not even fazed and was still cool to the touch. The new 24v 10 amp power supply didn't have any issues at all and the Fosi Amp was cool and happy. If your even considering getting a quality bass shaker for your setup, I would not even look at the BST-1.For the small difference in price, this is simply a no brainer. The Fosi M04 Sub amp was more than enough to run this on my setup, but keep in mind that I'm running a pre-amped ASUS XONAR SE sound card with a boosted output of 64ohms. I think that if I was just running normal outputs, this would not be able to push the BST-300EX to it's potential, as you would need more juice to make it, "or you" happy. Fosi makes a 220 watt amp, the Fosi Audio TP-02 TDA7498E that should do the job quite nicely.Over all, this is a impressive shaker and paired with the above mentioned extra's, it really pounds. I would be hard pressed to go back to just using my headphones by themselves again. The immersiveness that this thing brings to the table is unbelievable. Using this with games like Starwars Jedi Survivor is simply next level, and makes you feel like your really in the game. And all this while my wife sits across the room doing her own thing, and not being bothered by my "going on's" is worth every penny.
