This tool is essential for bread making. It is so easy to use and makes mixing the dough so much easier. It has a good even weight. And is very functional fot mixing the dough thoroughly in different types of bowls. Well pleased with the value and how well it makes mixing the dough so much easier. Clean up is easier than you think. Do not wash it in the dishwasher, hand wash and dry to retain the finish on the handle. We love it.

I think anyone making bread would appreciate how this whisk makes it easier to mix the ingredients together. I wish I knew about it sooner.

love the whisk, wish I had had one of these a long time ago.. you think like "how is this really any better than a spoon to mix with...?" but it really is so much better. the whisk is really well crafted and sturdy. the dough scraper is not as flexible as I'd like, but it was included in the pack and basically free in my mind in that sense, so whatever.. but note that it's not like a silicon edged scraper; it really is just a hard plastic scraper with a rounded edge

I started making sourdough bread, buns, and other recipes. I love this dough whisk. It is durable and the wooden handle is sturdy. The shape of the handle makes it easy to grip. The size is perfect for a double recipe of sourdough. It’s mixes the dough well and makes it easier to mix.
