I ordered this for my RV 400 amp, solar, and battery set up. It has been working great for over two years.

Easy installation and perfect for adding accessories instead of running a bunch of wires on a battery

I'm using these DaierTek 300-amp busbars as components in my expansion of our large DIY off-grid home solar power system. Busbars like these make the task of efficiently organizing large battery cables much less difficult.I carefully measured the dimensions of the conducting busbar, and these are true 300-amp conductors. The nuts thread very smoothly onto to studs. At $40, I consider them a good value.

This is for the most part, a nice bus bar. I’ve always called them a distribution block.I do wish they made the 300a with a 5/16 option instead of just 3/8.This is a solid build and works well with only one major complaint. The cover is terrible. It’s like the designer put ample thought into the whole thing but little thought into the cover. The first problem is that the outside edges leave too much exposed. See the photo. This could obviously be an issue with the positive bus bar, if it came in contact with anything that could ground it. . If the cover went completely over the ends, it would remedy that. The second issue with the cover, is that it’s just not secure. It doesn’t snap or lock into place. It’s simply held in place by the two rubber bushings. I can see the cover falling off and then getting lost from being bumped or from vibration. Especially if it’s mounted vertically.I came up with my own solution and put two zip ties around it. Still, if I need to put more on it later, I would have to loosen the bus bar end screws to slide another two zip ties under the bottom.Such a great bus bar with a crappy cover design.

Needed a buss bar to tie all my batteries together. Works as intended and makes for a tidy install in a tight space.

I bought these as power distribution bus bars on one of my smaller solar power systems. These bus bars are made of tinned plated copper bus bars with a 300 amp rating. The bus bars are very strong with six 3/8" studs and protective covers. Great for heavy gauge cables moving lots of current. These bus bars are very capable and have high conductivity for a low resistance connection. If you want a great connection, make absolutely sure the bus bars are copper. They are very easy to install and have lots of room for expansion. These bus bars are a terrific value for the price. I highly reccomend them to anyone looking for good bus bars for solar, RV, Marine and other applications. I give them 5 stars.
