Great silk suture. I am a retired medical person and use to bring home with me left over suture packs from surgery to mend heavy materials because the circular cutting needle works much better than regular needles and thread. I had run out of left over suture and since I am retired had no access to any. I had a heavy canvas bag I wanted to repair so I ordered these for the job. They are quality suture and worked great for my project. Just as good as ones brought from hospital. I have a few packs left over for future repairs. Thanks

The silk sutures from CynaMed, are very good, we use them in the lab.We will buy them again if needed.

I bought 5 boxes of the 4.0 Silk for my daughter pre-med practice. Unfortunately the quality of these materials is not consistent at best. One package will be fine, and then the next two she will open and the thread will be disconnect already from the needle, or pull out of the needle with the first suture. Unfortunately, I'm one day late to request a refund or return the product, but I did want to stop other people from buying poor quality suture silk practice.
