As long as you have the correct model, it should be a perfect fit. No indicator as to which side is outside, often put it on inside out.

Fits perfectly on the Cybex Cloud Q car seat in both positions, the normal and reclined position. The only thing is that the feet are not covered, but that can be covered with a blanket. the opening is also needed for some air circulation.
