While the product quality was fine, my package did not include all the colors shown in the picture above.

These crayons were great for melting into molds. My only complaint is there weren’t the same number of crayons for each color so I was short some colors for the right amount of bags as party favors. But quality was there and color potency was there. Over all good

I have purchased this product multiple times each year, the past 3 years. I use melt them down and make letter crayons with them for my students for Christmas gifts. I love them come with no paper around the crayons and organized my color. I will continue to purchase them as years to come!

I bought these for melting for crayons; we made heart shaped valentines for my kids’ classes. They worked great. This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased. They work for coloring ok too.Other reviewers who say that they just run into one color of mush are heating them for far too long. The key is to watch them closely for the moment they are done melting and then remove it from heat IMMEDIATELY. You can’t let them cook for an extended period of time because yes, the pigments melt and become liquid so (DUH) of course they will mix. ANY crayons will do this.Note: brown melts at a slightly slower rate than the rest of the other colors, so if you use brown in a pattern do a batch of crayons that all have some brown in them, or your other crayons in the oven (without brown) will not turn out as well because they will be overheated and blend more than you probably want. All in all, they worked great, and I didn’t have to spend an hour peeling crayons for the project! A+ in this mom’s book!

One of my kid's favorite crafts/activities is making new crayons by recycling older broken crayons. We peel off the wrappers, break them into small pieces, then put in different oven-safe molds. Peeling crayon wrappers is a brutal task and tends to leave your fingers sticky and crayon glue stuck under your fingernails. These solve those issues entirely! The box comes with small cardboard dividers between the colors and they hold up to the heat of the oven very well. We melt ours at 200F for about 20 minutes then allow them to cool naturally before popping out of the molds. Great rainy day activity or fun for a party takeaway.

Just recently received my box order of Crayons and I’m satisfied with the overall product. The overall presentation and saving of unwrapped crayons is pretty good deal. They are evenly sorted and divided out in organized dividers. They are a bit smaller in dimanetion of size then the average Crayola brand crayons and not as pigmented. Currently, using them for a melting Christmas project which I’m using a silicone mold and heating in a pan over a boiling pot of water. This appointment seems the most effective since microwaving is a bit tedious and dangourouse. The most effective way that I found for the crayons to take shape in heir mold is to carefully place in the freezer for no more then 10 minutes. The end result came out quite nice given working without gloves, there want a bit of non-toxic wax residue on my hands.
