I would rate this zero stars if I could! Less than a year after buying it brand new, the oven wouldn’t ignite and would beep. When I reached out to the manufacturer, the warranty was expired and they would not do anything. There is very minimal appliance companies that work on this brand and getting parts is near impossible. I paid $50 for a new igniter and $160 for a technician to come look at it. The whole control board is bad and will be at least $800 to fix, if we can get the parts. Cosmo will do nothing about it. Appliance technician said to walk away from it as this brand is horrible.

Within one month of setting up, the oven started beeping whenever it was turned on. Now, we cannot get the oven to turn on. Only half of the burners work. This is not a well-made oven; it is a rip-off. My old generic stove, which cost 500.00 and lasted 20 years with no problems, was a much better stove.

Waited patiently for this gas range. I remodeled my kitchen and bought this stove to complete the modern look, I had it installed and immediately the oven DOES NOT WORK! I called support who requested a video to prove it doesn't work. I now have to wait for a technician come and repair it. I am now seeing other reviews on another site about the same issues with this stove. Most reviews on this site were good but I am not finding that to be the case on other sites. I will come back and update this review once a technician repairs or replaces the unit, either way it's an inconvenience especially during the holiday season!Update - The technician has tried TWICE (on two different visits) to repair this oven, it still does not work. I am waiting for the THIRD visit from the tech to see if it can be repaired. This was such an inconvenience during the holiday season. Beware if you're thinking about buying this stove!Well the tech has tried a third time and still cannot repair the stove. Cosmo refuses to replace it. They keep sending the wrong parts and the parts are defective. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DEAL WITH COSMO. Customer service sucks as well. Cosmo is the worst company ever!!Fast forward, we're up to the 8th visit. The tech still cannot fix the oven, Cosmo doesn't seem interested on replacing it so they keep sending techs with defective parts. 10 months later the stove still does not work.

So far so good, good thing is LP conversion kit comes with stove. So we can get cooking even before gas line gets installed.
