Fax from Computer (Windows and Mac)

On Windows, to send a fax, you just need to right click the document, enter fax number and click send.

Or save them to SMB network shared folder so that other users can access the faxes without logging into the client.

I had a CimFAX single line previously, and it worked well. This works even better. I can send out two faxes at a time, I have the incoming faxes, if one line is busy, go to my second line, so I can receive 2 faxes at the same time. This is great, especially if I'm getting a large FAX. Since I already had CimFAX set up in Windows, the installation was very easy--pretty much took the same settings and applied to the new device. The only caveat was that I had to set the Admin passwords for both devices to the same so that it was easy to log it in. That was the only tricky part. Customer service is absolutely excellent. Pretty much just one person you contact, Anrey. They are in China, but their English is really good. If you ask for a software update (I've asked for it both in their Windows client as well as their Mac client), they can make it happen usually within a week. No ongoing fees. Couldn't be more happy with this device. We are a medical office, so we continue to use this ancient form of communication, but it works extremely well.
