I'm using this in a brewery application where it's preventing a large glycol jackets tank from draining out into an open chiller reserve tank and it works perfectly to do so without any problems after a month of continuous use now. There were zero fitment issues and the unit itself appears well made.

The valve is well made, and functions as expected.Just one issue though. The description states that the threads are not NPT, which in fact they are (hence the Teflon tape).

The inline backflow prevention valve is solid and works as intended. Good quality. It screwed on easily and no leaks the first time. I would purchase again

I used these on a job where the electricians didn't wire the pump up for two months after I installed these. When I turned the pump on, the first one leaked. I removed and installed the 2nd and they both peaked. The thread are trash. They're very shallow and isn't enough to thread on and create a seal. One of the check valves had messed up threads to start with, I had to spend time trying to get it to start threading on. Also, one leaked from the two halves of the valve itself. Now it's too late and I can't return this garbage.
