This cost $38cad after tax and shipping [although it said free shipping over $35 and I also bought a Cateye Wireless computer] It's a lot of money for what you get. Buy once, cry once. I am very satisfied with the product. It puts the computer in a easy view position, front and centered...

Outstanding Bracket; should be included with every Cateye instead of having to buy it separately.

This well designed, well made bicycle computer holder does exactly what it's made to do. It clears space on the handlebar, makes the computer easier to read, and fixes very firmly to the bar. Excellent product.

I love this bracket! Granted, it's overpriced for what you get, basically a piece of plastic. But if you can get over that I think you'll enjoy using this. It really puts your cycle computer out front, just as advertised, and makes it easier to read. I think it looks pretty cool too. Being that it puts it out there front and center, make sure to remove the computer when parking the bike. The only downside to me is it makes your computer more visible for those inclined to lift one as opposed to purchasing.

I consider this product is necessary to buy it at the moment to buy any computer Cycle in my case I bought a Cateye Strada 430, and at the moment to install it it was necessary to use this Cat Eye out front bracket.

works perfectly....computer, Cat-eye, sits dead center and is secure. Off my handlebars for a cleaner look. The clamp was not small enough so I had to add some heavy tape on the handlebar first so get good closure. It should not be $15 but it is custom to the Cateye so flawless fit and is just a one time purchase so worth it.

I have my Galaxy S5 mounted on the stem of my road bike using a Quad Lock mounting system. This puts my phone along the centerline of the bike. The mount that came with my Padrone Smart mounted to the handlebar (see the photo) and under the S5 when it was mounted forcing me to leave the saddle to view the whole Padrone screen, especially the part of the display that shows cadence. And I had my light and reflector all competing for the small amount of space on the handlebar. My cockpit is clearly a busy place with all this junk up there. The Cateye Out Front allowed me to mount the Padrone out in fromt of the S5 so that I have an unobstructed view of the whole screen. And because the body of the Padrone is out away from the handlebar there is enought room to change the positions of the light and reflector to the underside on the handlebar giving me a far cleaner layout of gadgets.Mounting the mount was very easy. Remove the spacer (used only for 25/26mm handlebars) wrap it around the handlebar and insert and tighten the screw with a 3mm allen wrench. Took about 5 minutes (only because I tried several mounting positions.)

Good product. I read the other reviews and ordered with some hesitation, but the only other mount available here was the K-edge, which is alloy, twice as expensive and only fits the large handlebars - no shim provided. I got this, tried it and at first found it to fit only the skinny part of my handlebar until I realized Cat Eye had pre-installed the rubber shim. Removed it and it fit the wider portion next to the stem just perfectly. Like another reviewer, noted that my computer was a little too easy to remove, but I had that problem with the mount that came with it, too. Just use a small screwdriver or tip of a pen to nudge up the plastic notch at the top of the cradle a wee bit and it holds as solid as if it were glued there. In short, it works and gives me a nice mount in front of the handlebars right by the stem, freeing the flats for gripping or other accessories. I only gave it 4 stars because I'm pining for the alloy, not for any shortcomings with the product itself.
