These filters fit perfectly on our litter box. It is important to make sure they are compatible with your litter box. Six to a pack is nice, so you can keep using for awhile. As for the effectiveness, I think they work. But its hard to judge the smell before and after to be honest. The good thing is the price and how easy to install.

My son lost the original filter awhile ago so this was great especially because it's better than the original. I like that its thicker which is great for filtration but it was a little difficult to get through the slots but other than that the fit was perfect. I also ended up cutting some to fit my other cat boxes because i have 4 cats. Overall happy with this product.

I was out of the usual rectangular carbon filters for our cat's litter box, so grabbed these as a replacement. No, they didn't fit my off-branded litter box, BUT a few snips on each side made them fit like a glove. Really keeps that used box scent inside the box too if you clean it every other day like we do. Glad I found these filters. Great value and adaptable to oter litter boxes with very minor modifications.

These filters are about 3 times thicker than the original ones that came with the litter box, but they are a great fit otherwise. It just takes a bit of convincing to get them under the tabs. It helps to clean out the plastic mold flashing on those tabs though, with a sharp blade.I installed two of the, one held by the tabs, the second one just stays on over it using contact with the handle, it fills the entire space under the handle, including the openings above the filter that line up with the handle. It makes me feel better to close off all the openings on top, although it's not clear whether this truly helps given the large entrance way. It does help, however, to reduce air circulating from entrance to roof like a chimney.

I recently got the PurifyLogix Carbon Filters for my Petmate Booda Clean Step Cat Litter Box, and they've been fantastic.Pros:- Almost Perfect Fit: These filters fit almost perfectly in my Petmate Litter Box; length and width are perfect, however they are slightly too thick (more on this later)- Effective Filtration: The carbon filters do a great job of keeping the smells under control.- Value for Money: The multi-pack offers excellent value, saving money compared to other brands.- Easy to Replace: The filters are straightforward to install and replace; they take seconds to replace.- Thickness: A Pro, and a Con. The fact that these filters are thicker (almost 5 times thicker than the original filter), means they filter smells better, however, this comes at a cost when it comes to fitment.Cons:Thickness: Since they are so thick, they MIGHT struggle going in. My litterbox has manufacturing defects in the 'clips' that hold the filter, and this filter clears 3 out of the 4 clips, the other one doesn't go in.Overall, the PurifyLogix Carbon Filters are a great investment for any Petmate Booda Clean Step Cat Litter Box owner. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I no longer have my cat and have these brand new filters I don’t know what to do with! I passed the return time by two days and Tried reaching out to the seller without any response. Which they don’t owe me anything, but thought it was worth a try, better than them ending up Useless. The actual product itself five stars.
