I used to hate trying to clean the interior surface of the windshield but this makes the job very easy.

Works as expected!

Attaching the cloth was a little hard; you need to line up the seam with the arrow first sure. It did reach into the front edge of the windshield where I'd never be able to get into. The handle extends a little but doesn't seem to lock into place so it might collapse with too much pressure.

I have used a similar product for years but it's reach is short, it has a square head and the microfiber cloth was always too loose and simply doesn't do a great job anymore. So when I saw this I jumped on it. A telescopic handle AND a triangular head to reach those tight corners, check! Three microfiber cloths are included so you can always keep two clean in your car and ready to go, bonus! The only issue with the cloths, while they have elastic edging to help stay in place on the head, they barely fit and are far too small for the head....like no remaining fabric to wrap around the back side of the head at all. The elastic edging is just barely on the back side of the head and is actually a bit on the front side of the head so it acts as a deterrent to get a snug fit of product head against windshield due to the raised elastic edge.I'll describe it like this....you know the struggle when your fitted bedsheet is waaaay too tight for your bed and you have to constantly tug at all four bed corners to make it fit and one corner never does and always flips up and you have to tug every corner again to try to get all of them to tuck the bed sheet to the bottom of the mattress corners....that!It was an incredible struggle to get the cloth on. My partner and I both tried several times separately and then we tried to tag team it together lol! We also tried with all three cloths to get it one to fit properly to no avail. There was always one edge with the elastic edging just on the edge of the triangular head. The bonus is the microfiber is extremely wrinkle free now due to it being so taught!All that being said, it comes with some assembly which is a snap (literally) which is convenient because then you can see that one end of the handle it has a pointed end on it for smashing a window if needed. A very convenient, thoughtful, bonus safety tool built in.The triangular head is made of a sturdy but also pliable plastic so it essentially molds to the shape of your windshield to get a snug fit of the cloth against the glass. The telescopic handle stays locked in place so you can reach the tight corners too, a bonus for people with a short reach.All in all, while I'd normally be extremely impressed by the amount of thought that went into the unit from the pliability of the head to contort to the windshield and all the extras it has and would give it 5stars, I simply can't get past the cloth(s) not fitting on the head properly as it renders the entire product kind of useless, so for that reason I'd look at comparable products.It also comes with a carrying bag for the extra cloths and it keeps it clean from dust I suppose. Included is a tiny spray bottle that you can fill with water or a solution of your choice. I haven't used it yet as I find these early fall mornings give just the right amount of condensation needed to moisten up the cloth to do the cleaning for you.Minus the issue with the cloth size not fitting onto the head (maybe it was just my batch of cloths), the product is well made and really does what it advertises.

I can never reach all the way without excessive strain on my shoulder or back.I like this assistive device to help clean your windshield without additional strain. The arm is extendable to two (2) feet and the head sits on a joint that keeps the head pressed against the glass, regardless of the angle. The head is covered by a microfibre cloth that is the main contact point with your glass. It is soft and does not seem to damage the glass at all. The handle of the device has a foam grip. This makes it comfortable to use and grip when cleaning the windows.The kit comes with a complete arm(handle)/joint/and head, with three washable head covers, storage bag, and a small spray bottle. I really like that it included a bag to store the cleaner in when not in use. I can see dirt/debris getting on the microfibre cloth and potentially making the cloth gritty. I store my cloth covers separate to avoid this.I love that the head covers are washable. This makes this product useful beyond a couple of uses. With the head cover being microfiber, I washed by hand and did not use softeners of any kind. After the dirt, dust and debris was removed, I did a strong wring out, and hanged them to dry. Really easy to clean when you clean them after each use, or even after every couple of uses. This would depend on the dust and dirt on the pad.All in all, this window cleaning tool has been excellent. I do not dread cleaning my windows. This can be used in a vehicle, but you could also use it on TV screens, hard to reach house windows, etc. Just make sure your pad is super clean if using on screens to avoid scratches. The handle is comfortable to hold it extends, and locks, to 24 inches making you stretch less. I would order this again, for a backup or as a gift.Recommended based on design, quality of product, ease of use, ease of maintenance, increased accessibility when cleaning my vehicle, and it is an excellent value.In the event that experiences change or evolve, updates may be made to this review to address such developments.

Microfiber cloth that comes with it is a little small, I had a hard time putting it on.

This is a great cool device for cleaning any type on windshield from a car that has a very sharp angle in their windshield that you can't humanly get your hands into to clean that edge or a very high hard to reach tall windshield in an RV. This is the perfect answer.The kit comes with the plastic wedge with a foam backing, telescopic handle, 3 wedge pads and a small bottle for your favorite glass cleaner, Windex LOL. The wedge design can get into the very hard to reach corners of the windshield your had and fingers can never get too and most cases the way the windshield is designed, it never gets cleaned until now. That's why most people hates to clean their windshields period.My back window in my 2018 Camry where the third break light never got clean for years and the plastic wedge can get into and behind it so easily I should have bought this years ago LOL. This Windshield Cleaning Tool with the 24 Inch also helps me clean the tall windshield in our motorhome fast and easier and when the fitted cleaning pads wear out, the form backing will help keep a grip on most microfiber cleaning cloths very easily.This is a great product that is time saving, do the the job of cleaning the most hated part of cleaning the vehicle easily and faster. When you compare this windshield cleaning kit to the big box stores if you can find one, this is a great value.

This worked very well. It was easy to use and did what it needed to do. It was a good buy for the money but it was a little difficult to assemble.

Excellent for getting to all those spaces that are tough on your windshield and back glass.

Works...now my wife wants me to use it to clean our house windows.

I like the triangular shape for coverage while still getting into the corners. I think the window hammer is a bit gimmicky. I do not like the shape of the handle hook, it tapers to a point. The pointed hook handle feels a little dangerous/cumbersome in a cramped cabin.The materials/quality feel adequate, but I would not expect it to withstand too much abuse.Overall a much easier way to clean the inside of a car windshield where space is a challenge.

It came in a small box with all the pieces to be assembled. I could not get the microfiber cloth to fit on the triangular piece that cleans the window, I tried so many times to stretch it to fit that my fingers cramped up and my hand hurt. Not worth the frustration!
