My husband has used his Canon calculator for many years, lately he has had a problem with the paper advancing, and it is acting old!.He ordered this same model, and is very disappointed!The paper tape jams!Contacted Canon directly, they said they have not produced calculators in some time! So anything out there is OLD stock!!!!DO NOT ORDER!!!!

Purchased this model calculator for our CPA firm. Our staff had used this model before for several years until it started to malfunction (keys stopped working and paper did not feed). Overall, we got our moneys worth out of the original calculator.Fast forward to August 2023, purchased the same model. Part of the set up is a tab that has to be pulled (in between rollers). Pulled the tab and it ripped. At first it worked, then 3 weeks in it started to jam. We could see the problem but could not get the sticky paper tab piece out. I was on vacation last week and came back today when my staff informed me of the problem. 3 days too late to return! I called the manufacturer, Canon, sat on hold until recording indicated I had to have an account with them. What a waste of time! I just want a calculator that works - don't bother with this model.

This was a replacement for an identical model that I had for years and had been reliable. I look forward to this one working as long as the previous one.

I got the product, reportedly from USA. I was told that I will need a power adaptor to use this, which also i got. But unfortunately the product is not switching on itself. And worse there is no return policy

Had virtually the exact model for ,… I really don’t know how long,..15 plus years easy. They are only expensive if they aren’t worth it, This unit is one of the best investments I think you can make.

Love it. Don’t know of anything I don’t like. I am usually very hard to please, so this is a compliment. The touch of the buttons is lovely. I like the auto-sleep feature; not always turning it on and off. The print is very nice.
