Your cart is empty.This is 1/2" fine open cane webbing. Fine open is the most commonly used size in cane chairs. It is exactly 1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of the next hole. It is also exactly 1/2" from the edge of one strand to the same edge of the same strand as the pattern repeats.

have used their cane webbing for many years. Can always rely on receiving a quality uniformed mat with no imperfections. The number of dimension choices lets you custom order to fit any caning job. Price is very competitive. Don't waste time looking for cheaper materials.

I redid a 100 year old caine chair. It came out fine. My chair cane was glued in with old style hide glue. I simply removed as much of the old cane cord as possible and put a little vinegar in the chairs groove, within five minutes the left over cane could be easly scraped out! I of course used the new tightbond hide glue and if It has to be redone again it should be easy to remove with vinegar. Easy job.

I have replaced caned chair webbing in the past. The removal of the old material is the hard part. The new webbing received from this vendor was payable (not old and dry) thus making for a simple instal.
