I just received my order yesterday so I can't really comment on the durability. However, the finished is definitely NOT brushed, it is a mirror finish that shows every single finger print and smudge. Also be careful not to blind people when the light reflects off of it in to there eyes. I understand the company probably bought the blanks in mass quantities from some wholesaler in China and the finish isn't 100% their fault, but they should have sent them back and asked for a real brushed silver finish.

I love the metallic finish and the professional appearance. I wish I could get the font larger for better visibility, but I’m pleased with this badge.
