I'm really liking this. It burns.You don't need to buy anything more expensive than this, this does the job. Build quality is nice too.

You'll get a workout with this and certainly feel a burn.The weight probably refers to the heft of the device, I was not expecting that! The two grips rotate and they are not connected so you can spin them as you'd like, though the tension slider works on both just the same. After a few moments of using it, I'm pretty done. I have hoped I'd just use them by impulse but that hasn't happened yet. I feel most of the work in my forearms.I only wished that the handles themself twisted. As I use it, I find that my hands don't go directly end over end, I tend to kind of make a V shape, the left side goes more left, the right side goes right. Since the handles don't twist, I have to flex my wrists. Not a big deal.Do note the weight of the device, it's not really for beginners. Get 10 lbs, hold it out in front of you, move it around a bit and hold it for about a minute. If this was a bit much, that would be just holding this, not even working out with it.

I think this is an interesting device. It's basically made for upper body cardio, and it does give a good workout. This one is built heavy and I enjoy the heavy weight of it. But I also think this particular one isn't the highest quality. The resistance is not smooth, so it leads to some jerky motion which does not feel good in the wrists. It's not bad but I think that it's something that could be easily addressed and improved upon. I'm tempted to use some sewing machine oil to see if it improves the feel.

I've ordered all kinds of equipment over the years and very few have been as satisfying as this. It is heavy and solidly built. Workout for just a few minutes on each routine has the arms and shoulders burning in no time. Highly recommended.

Just lifting this up is a workout, all jokes aside it does have some weight to it but it works.You will definitely feel a burn after using this. It performs just as it says, you can adjust the resistance on it which is a plus. The overall quality of this is executed to last. You will definitely feel it after using this.

I was skeptical, as new designs for exercise machines rarely work out hah. But this one impressed me quickly. First off, it's quite heavy. Even lifting this thing is a bit of a workout, so make sure not to use it where you can drop it. It's very sturdily built, and with just a few exercises, immediately the shoulders were burning. I can tell this is exercising muscles usual dumbbell or kettlebell exercises miss. This is an excellent way to add a variety of exercises to your repertoire, and feels good. The compact size also makes this so easy to put away, it's flatter than one dumbbell. Compared to similar products, this seems better priced. And I don't know how you'd improve on this, maybe a bit more padding or higher weight options. But the machine is perfectly fine for exercise as is. I'm actually enjoying working out with this, and it will be a main part of my exercises from now. Great device
