They are selling the device with US power (110v) which is not compatible with UAE power (220 -240v). Also, the refund was too tedious to get I have received my refund after several month and after a very long unnecessary discussion.

Honestly ? I bought this out of sheer desperation. I live in rural Suffolk, in the summer surrounded by farmed land , fly central. My kids live in attic rooms at the top of our house, they’re always leaving windows open. Then at bedtime I had to leap around their rooms swatting flies 😡. As if bedtimes aren’t testing enough at times?! Not any more . Seriously this is the BEST item I have bought all year. Switch it on, turn off the lights and listen to every gnat and fly get zapped within seconds. I move it from room to room. It’s easy to carry with the handle, has a super long flex and also easy to empty the tray . Get one, you will not be disappointed!

Because I live in rual area, there are many bugs, particularly the Mosquito。 So, I finally decided to buy a bug Zapper. After extensively search, I settled in this product. It worked fantastic under my porch. Now I can enjoy the tea time under the front or back porch at night with no worries about getting mosquito bites. It is light weight and very easy to carry around. The 3-meter cord isn’t very long but I use an extension cord. I use it inside too. Great product, worked as promised.

This is an update to my previous feedback. Once the seller learned about the problems I was facing with the zapper, he replaced it with a new one in no time. I am grateful to them. Excellent client service really. I am super impressed with them and thank them for resolving my problem so quickly.This zapper was great at the beginning. However, after three months it died. I thought replacing the bulb would work. I ordered new bulbs. Unfortunately, even with new bulbs the zapper is no longer working. Very disappointed and don't recommend this. Maybe the one I was sent has defects. Yet, disappointing to receive a defective product.

I love sitting on my front patio. I do not enjoy the mosquitoes that accompany me there. Reaching back into my childhood, I thought about the bug zapper. And thus this review.Pros: this is a very lightweight lantern. It has a pleasant design to the eye, and the light that comes off of it does not distract from the environment. This little device quite effectively takes care of any insect that touches its metal coils. Please see photo attached.If there’s something between pro and con here it is. When an insect flies into the coil, there is a loud electrical clap emitted. Now this is just the lantern letting you know it’s affectively doing its job. Is this a pro? Is this a con. I will let you decide. it just bears, noting that sometimes the electrical sparks may go on for a little while. So, one might find this satisfying some might find this distressing. Be for warned.Cons: i’ve had this lantern for roughly 2 months. The photos show the results of that duration. As I’m giving this high marks these cons are more annoyances than anything else. The first one is the electrical cord coming off. The top is rather short. If this were another 3 feet, it would be amazing. The second complaint and probably the biggest one is that when it rains the water shorts on the electrical coils and as such risks damaging the unit. I don’t know if I missed this, but I believe it says it’s an outdoor lantern. I always unplug it and take it down in the rain. Living in Southern California, where it rarely rains, again, more of an annoyance. for me, this is something I will keep in mind when purchasing one for a house in a state where it rains a lot more.

I’m very pleased with zfitei bug zapper. It does an excellent job in catching any bug/mosquitoes. Glad I decided to give it a try because I originally was looking for a replacement bulb for my other zapper. This one is a little bigger than the one I had which is good, reasonable price and perfect for my need. I would recommend to friends/family.Update to my previous review-I guess it was too soon to speak! Today, May 11, exactly a month later I received it, it stopped working. The light doesn’t work. I noticed a few days ago the light was flickering briefly however, today it just stopped. I attached a picture to proof what I’m talking about. You can see it’s plugged in the outlet with no light.I sent to the seller an e-mail with picture attached to resolve this issue and so far nobody contacted me. If I don’t hear from seller for a resolution I’ll return it and would like a refund.From being a happy customer now I’m really disappointed and for this reason I’ll change my rate to ⭐️⭐️Hopefully I’ll get the seller’s attention with my new review and contact me.I will post the new outcome.
