Have you ever wanted to lay out your meat without contaminating everything and having to clean and sanitize it? How bout shredding something up, and you just want it contained on one piece of butcher's paper rather than picking it clean off your cutting board and counter. Or, how about wrapping your ribs or pork butt in some butcher's paper once you have a beautiful bark set on there but it needs another hour or so on the bbq. Tearing off sheets of butcher paper for your bbq and any other cooking need is just so convenient. Easy to use once you learn how to pull the paper up at the right angle against the blade for a nice cut. Easy-peasy! I recommend 👍

This thing works great. It is very sturdy and comes with a nice wooden dowel for holding the paper roll. It really is one handed tearing. I also has nice rubber no slip feet if you don't plan on mounting it to a wall.

This makes it easy to store and roll out large rolls of craft paper at our school. We are planning to mount it on the wall. It’s very sturdy.

I love the item once I found a place to hang it. If you have a room it is a must have for smoking or grilling meats and later preserving them. Butcher paper is sooooooo much better than alternative papers especially while smoking a breast of chicken to keep moist without steaming in some other alternatives. The dispenser once hung cuts the paper with precision. If you have the room and grill or smoke you will love it.

Originally I had this wall mounted to save space, but had to mount it upside down otherwise the wooden dowel holding the paper roll would fall straight out. Because of it being backwards, I have to carefully pull the paper out the opposite way preventing tears from the jagged edge as the paper is dispensed, and then using the straight edge to cut the paper.After trying to make this work for a month, I’ve removed the wall mount which means I can use the serrated edge for paper cutting, as intended. To my disbelief, it’s not sharp enough to cut through the paper. It’s merely there stopping the paper from dispensing further as you tear through it unevenly.I’ve resorted to using a utility knife to make clean cuts, seeing as this product is not designed to do so.The hope was to save space and instead I ended up losing both space and time. Overall, a disappointing purchase.UPDATE: While I may not recommend this particular product, I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service received by the company who have issued a full refund.

Funciona perfecto para cualquier rollo de aluminio, film, papel estraza o papel carnicero, la cuchilla tiene buen filo y la base tiene unas pequeñas patas de goma para evitar que se deslice o también se puede poner a la pared.

I run a bbq catering business so I smoke a lot of briskets throughout the week. I bought 2 of these and BOTH of them arrived with a very dull blade. Thankfully I also sharpen my own knives so I have a belt sander. I took the blades off & after sharpening them a bit they cut the paper perfectly. I do like that the unit is tall enough off the table to hold a 1000 ft roll of paper. Overall this is a sturdy enough unit that should last for years but you will definitely need to sharpen the blade upon arrival. For that I give it 3 stars.

Para el precio está muy bien, justo lo que necesitaba. No he intentado colgarlo en la pared pero a simple vista no creo que aguante, para mi no es problema, prefiero usarlo sobre una mesa.
