The valve isn't closing. My r290 leaks out of it.

Bought 2 to avoid postage now totally regret as both don’t close off the flow through the tap at all , haven’t got to use once due to this . Bought them to replace old that started to leak from under the handle once cold but at least they shut off, in other words I’m no further ahead
