The glare is still there and the touch screen is unresponsive. Peeled it off and threw it away. Total bust.☹️

I have the DMX706S installed in my 2013 GMC Sierra.I wish I would have put this screen protector on when the unit was brand new. As such having had the unit for a month it was tough to get the dust completely off the unit and ended up with a little tiny bubble right on the very top edge with a piece of dust under it. Not enough to make me remove it and try again because like a phone, I’d probably make it worse by pulling it off.Overall I’m happy with it. It didn’t eliminate all-glare but I wasn’t expecting it to. It did make it look like factory screens with that matte look and did remove a lot of the glare.I think the best part is that fingerprints are all but a distant memory. The DMX706S factory screen was always smudged and streaked, but not anymore. You can touch the screen and not see anything which is fantastic. Glad I put this on. Like I said wish I knew this was out there before I installed the stereo it would’ve been the first thing I did when I pulled the unit out of the box before I installed it and started using it.

I would leave this a 2.5 if possible.The screen went on great and I was amazed and thought it would be a 5 star and two thumbs up.Until I tried to take the sticker off the front. There is a sticker there so you can maneuver the protector.There was so much glue on the sticker I spent at least 30min trying to get it off with q-tips, rubbing alcohol and water.It took so long because I didn’t want to damage the screen.Two screens in the package and they both have this issue

I don't write a lot of reviews but since there are so few on this I thought I would. I installed a $400 Kenwood Android Auto stereo that was great unless the sun hit it. then the reflection was so bad that I couldn't see. My wife has an Android Auto system OEM in here new 2020 that didn't have this issue. I noticed on hers that it has a matte finish that defuses the harshness of light. So I thought I'd try this. Took a bit to get tiny bubbles out but once done it works great. Drove around the time of day the sun is worst in Texas and it defused the light and detailed reflections. Sun still hits and makes it less easy to see, but 100% viewable. Less fingerprints too. Can't even tell its on but can that it is working. I paid out of my own pocket so this review is real.
