The handle is offset. Weird for a 1 foot fiber. And I prefer a taller handle, otherwise my knuckles get rubbed raw. It's heavier then the fibers I'm used to, so it might last longer. With a durasoft handle, I'd give it 5 stars.

I am using this float for making rapid set concrete beams and it is night and day compared to a regular wooden float. When using a regular wooden float the coarse rock marred the surface of the float affecting the flat surface. This float is much denser material. After two weeks there's not a scratch on it. I highly recommend this float over cheaper wooden floats no matter what the application. I believe it will last much longer as it is more durable and justify the higher cost.
