Very durable. It works well I love the several speed options. The storage capacity is very large. Definitely worth the value spent. I highly recommend it’s made baking so much easier and has saved me so much time in the kitchen.

I loved the container that holds all the tools and the cord in it so well, and snaps closed. What a great idea! I pull the whole thing out of the cabinet and all the tools are there -- don't need to go hunting in the spoon drawer. Also it works well. I had a little trouble at first with the ejecting of the beater parts -- you have to push down on it, but it says in the instructions to press forward -- well that didn't work. Then by accident, I pushed down, and they popped out. That was the only thing I think they should change on the instructions. But it has good power, good parts to beat, whip, and blend bread and batters. The little cases it comes in in a PLUS for me -- keeps it all in one spot, and that is super for neatness and quick use.

Love the case it comes in! That's what sold me. Instead of trying to place the rest of the parts in drawers everything lives in the plastic case underneath and is easy to store. Photo is taking with the mixer on it's side to show you that all the components are inside including the coord.It has basic settings including turbo. It's great and easy to use.

I bake once or twice a week usably mixing 1,500 g flower.The good, This has a reasonably slow start. It's not super noisy, It's light weight. The tool holder / cord holder that it snaps onto is OK. After six months it works as good as day one. My last mixer lasted two months then died and I paid twice as much as I did for this B n Der.The Con, The Dough Hooks, this is a joke. Un less you are making 110% hydration bread, ciabatta, this ain't Kneading / mixing bread. The cord is short 36 in. and made of a hard low grade wire. Bang for Buck This is a Five Star Mixer.

The mixer is comfortable to hold and works well. It is crazy loud though, especially when using the dough hooks and it has to work a bit harder.The storage case arrived badly broken although none of the packaging was damaged, telling me it was either already broken when it was packaged or got broken during packaging. It is unusable.Still debating whether I should return it.

At full speed this mixer is barely pulling 1.08amp or about 130 watts. this is about half of the advertised 250 watts. So beware if you are trying to use this mixer for thick glutenous doughs... Made in China of course, so Black & Decker is probably not aware their manufacturer is cutting corners in the motor power... Another example of shrinkflation???Also note that the turbo button only works below speed 5...For $20 it is ok but if you want more power get a better brand starting at $30...
