Love this large stable board. Had an issue with a paddle that was dealt with very quickly. Highly recommend!!

Excellent quality SUP. It has a great assortment of acessories included. This board is very stable. I am a large capacity man and this board makes it all fun!!All at an excellent price!! The board inflates fairly fast with the double action pump included. The seat is great! The paddle id dual purpose...single for stand up paddling and a double for a kayak experience. This is my choice due to being a higher capacity guy! All acessories including the storage bag seam to be good quality. I had no trouble refolding the board and all acessories into the storage bag after an awsome afternoon of paddling!

We unpacked the board & all of the accessories. The board was well packed. Blowing it up, by hand, was a work out! The instruction booklet was helpful (but did need a serious proofread, before it went to print.) The directions were thorough & clear. I was blown away by the size of the inflatable kayak seat. It is BIG! I was very impressed with all of the accessories & bags. I haven't heard back from Itaostar though about how to REGISTER the board. Their website is not working & I haven't received an email answering my question. I want to make certain that my warranty is in effect. I can't wait to get into the Gulf of Mexico with my new SUP.

We’ve gone through several inflatable paddle boards, and this one truly stands out. The accessories are fantastic, and it’s spacious enough for our baby and three dogs to join us on our adventures. The board is incredibly stable, and the material is top-notch. We’ve had many people ask us how we manage with everyone onboard, and it’s honestly due to the paddle board’s excellent design. It’s well-made, easy to inflate and assemble, and we love the versatility of converting it into a kayak. We expect this board to last us a long time.

I was looking for a SUP with an inflatable seat for a while, and couldn’t find an affordable one on Amazon at all until I found this brand!(I paid $307.22 in April 2024)I would like to start out by saying customer service from itaostar was amazing! Amazon had a mishap with shipping the board and itaostar went above and beyond to make it right, and provided great communication throughout.Now on to the board; it’s great! The price is very fair for a board alone, but on top of that it comes with so many accessories, way more than any other brand, and most importantly for me, an inflatable seat. The quality of everything is good, nothing seems cheaply made, I feel like everything is going to last me a long time. Overall you will have everything you need, and it’s all doable for one person.I would recommend having a second person on standby to help out because the bag is very heavy when full, the board is big to carry, and it’s a big workout to pump manually, BUT it is all still very possible to be done by just one determined person.It’s quite a big workout for me to manually pump the board for about 15-20 minutes, and I want to conserve energy to use out on the water paddling, so I ordered a SUP pump through amazon. I have not tried it yet though.The instruction manual says to use the manual pump that comes with the board. It warns not to use an air compressor because that can over inflate the board, but it says that proper SUP pumps can be used.You do need to devote some time at first to thoroughly read the manual and educate yourself on how to set up and use everything. Once you become familiar with everything, it becomes a much quicker and easier set up every time.I have not tried it out on the water yet, but it is so wide and long that I am sure it will be more stable than many of the boards out there.Note: the little tan wooden pins that are inserted into the sides of the footrest in some of the pictures are something I put in myself, to make the edges of the footrest smoother.Edit: I have now taken it out on the water many times and love it! I can go on very long adventures with it, packing food and supplies with me, and I have opened up a whole new world of exploration! (Note of caution: It’s very hard to paddle on any flotation device against a strong current and winds of 15-20 mph, so stay safe and don’t go out far in such conditions, and always have a life jacket and whistle on hand). A whistle is one of many accessories included with this board.This was my first time ever trying a SUP, and I learned how stand on it and paddle within the first day. It’s very stable since it’s big and wide, so it’s easy to learn on. I even bought an unrelated seat and sit on it in the front while my dad sits on the inflatable seat behind me, and we don’t have any issues staying upright and paddling. I don’t really use the foot rest because I can’t reach it comfortably, but my dad is taller than me and loves using the footrest. I am 5’7” and 120 lbs, and my dad is 6’0” and 275 lbs.I stopped needing the water bottle holder because my water and my phone would heat up too much from being in direct sunlight, and my phone wouldn’t fit in the slot anyway when it would be in a waterproof case. Also, the water bottle holder would keep coming off along with the base after being hit a couple times accidentally. I glued it back on and the next time I went out for a paddle, I accidentally knocked it off again and it sunk in the water, I couldn’t retrieve it fast enough. I felt like Rose letting go of Jack in Titanic. But it’s okay because I didn’t need that water bottle holder anyway, and the board itself is intact and fine without it and the base.I did notice that I can see more glue visible from underneath the top mat, I suppose it’s caused by movement as I inflate and deflate the board many times. This is only a cosmetic issue, it doesn’t affect the performance nor integrity of the board at all, since the top foam mat is just glued on top of an intact board (from my understanding of how SUPs are made).Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the board and I don’t doubt that it will last me many years of use and wear and tear. It’s quite thick so it’s not very easy to puncture, although I don’t recommend being careless with it.An important conclusion I’ve made is it’s a must to have an electric pump! It makes life so much easier! I see other people at the lake seemingly having an easier time pumping up their boards with just a manual pump, but their boards look much smaller and lighter than mine. I have been using only an electric pump and will never go back.Also, this board is already heavy on it’s own since it’s so big, but once I put all my things on top of it, I must have a second person help me carry it even short distances. But it sure is great once out on the water. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

Love everything about this board. Except pumping it up. 2nd time bought an electric pump! Deflated easily, and packed it away it under 10 mins. Definitely can fit 3 people on the board. Haven’t used the seat yet. Great quality, very stable. Love the size of it! I’m a big girl too 5’9 200lbs.

I started out with a slightly smaller board but needed a second one. I wanted a larger board that my 6’2” husband could use when he came with me, but I also wanted a larger more stable board for myself as I am often on it for hours at a time. This was the biggest one I could find. It’s great! I have lots of room to move around, bring my dog, and do yoga if I so choose to. I purchased a second one as a Christmas gift for my 60+ mom who also felt very stable on this board. I haven’t used the seat yet so I can’t comment on it.

It’s a huge board!! Had so much fun and plenty of room for two adults and one child. Chilled out on lake and had a great time!

Used it 2 days after I received it. This is my 5th board and first Itaostar. It is 36 inches wide and more stable when standing than my 34 in wide, yes that 2 inches makes a difference, and it’s well made. All the accessories are nice and I like the seat when using like a kayak. Inflates like any other board. I gave a 4 because I don’t care for how the fins hook in with the part that slides through the hole (my others have the fins that slide in and click lock, so easy).
