Works as described and does what I bought it for. Volume could be louder but definitely not as low as other reviews make it seem. Quality is pretty nice as well. Would recommend and great value for the price.

The quick review is that the Besign speakerphone works, it is small, it is simple to use, and it is highly portable and can be carried from vehicle to vehicle as needed. The "visor clip" on the speakerphone even fastened to an older vehicle's sun visor that is around three quarters of an inch (19mm) thick. The device's battery life is good, the voice volume is good both sending and receiving (sound volumes will require some initial adjustments), and the Besign BK06 has been infallible in instantly connecting by bluetooth with a cellular phone that has been previously paired. Two of the three Besign speakerphone units we bought went into older vehicles where the bluetooth connected Besign BK06 unit instantly added "hand's free" phone access, an important consideration today when drivers can be ticketed and fined for not having "hand's free" cell phone systems. One vehicle has a modern integrated phone connection system through the entertainment center, but to provide an extra level of privacy and security we added a removable and portable Besign BK06 speakerphone. By using the Besign BK06, we prevented the vehicle from accessing and potentially retaining our personal cell phone information. These days, who knows what data is being retained by a vehicle's "entertainment center" computer system or is being sent by the modern "connected car" to the manufacturer and others that have access.Using an (older) Apple iPhone, a quick press of the left button on the Besign BK06 will connect to Apple's "Siri" voice 'interactive assistant' and will let the caller choose a name in the iPhone's contact list for the iPhone to dial - with all the Siri voice commands going through the Besign speakerphone unit to the iPhone using bluetooth. Make sure you mention for 'Siri' to dial a "work" or a "mobile" number if there are several phone numbers to choose from, or else "Siri" will dial the first phone number found under the name requested that's on the contact list. Most likely, the 'remote' call function commands work the same way when using an Android smartphone but you might want to find product reviews describing how well Android phones work with the Besign unit. For those using a different phone operating system or even an older "feature phone," there's a good chance that the Besign speakerphone will answer phone calls once the phone is paired by bluetooth, but we were not able to test these types of devices with the Besign unit, so you'll have to do some research to ensure the speakerphone offers compatibility with your particular phone.Answering a call requires a quick press on the right side button. There's a "mute" button available as well as "louder" and "quieter" volume control buttons on the device. Some reviewers have lodged complaints regarding the Besign BK06 not going into "sleep" mode when the bluetooth connected phone is removed from the vehicle, or when the vehicle's door is closed (the sound of the door closing is supposed to alert the speakerphone to go "dormant").We have also had some issues with one speakerphone not shutting down and disconnecting from the cell phone, and in that car we turn the speakerphone unit off using the switch on the left side when the vehicle is not going to be driven. When we next enter the vehicle, we turn on the Besign speakerphone with the switch and are greeted with a short medley of beeps to indicate that it has paired to the cell phone and is working. These days the phones stay in a purse or a pocket and phone calls coming in and going out go through the hand's free speakerphone system. This process of using the phones is automatic making it faster and safer as well. The Besign BK06 might be a good choice for you too if you are looking for a hand's free speakerphone solution.

I'm quite happy with this. It works as promised, and connects to my phone super fast. Also, despite other reviews I read that had me concerned, the auto on when you enter the car seems to work fine. I hear the beep of it turning on when I open the door and it immediately connects to my phone. I think the issue may be that in order for it to auto shut down, you have to go out of bluetooth range, or turn off your phone's bluetooth. As long as you stay connected, it stays on, and that may be the issue some people have if they are still close to their car when they are in their house. The range seems quite long in fact. The battery life is impressive, and it charges quite fast. Two things I would change:The max volume could be louder. If I am driving at freeway speeds in my pickup, it's JUST loud enough on max that I'm not complaining or taking away a star....but JUST, and only when placed on the sunshade right above my head. If I had a louder truck, that might be an issue. Generally I keep it on max volume the whole time, and that seems to be the right volume for all conditions.....but I kind of think that there should be a range that extends beyond this, for special noisy conditions. (Note that I use this mainly for audio books while commuting, the phone call volume was always fine those few times someone called me)Second is that when the battery is low, you get a warning beep every couple minutes. If you plug it in while still using it, it works indefinitely, but also never stops the occasional beeping. I think the battery warning beep should shut off if you plug it in. The solution is to plug it in before you get to the beeping point, and then it works indefinitely without ever beeping, but there is no battery indicator so..... Or you can turn it off and let it charge for a few minutes so it is then above the beep level.Anyway to summarize, I like it, despite the couple of changes I would make, and I would buy it again.EDIT 7/19/21 - After using this for a while now, I have decided to remove one star, due to the limitation of the max volume. Now with some experience I have decided that the max volume really needs to be louder. I drive a 2015 Nissan Frontier pick-up, and while this is not as quiet a ride as, say, a Tesla, it is also within the normal range of your typical modern vehicle. When I am driving at freeway speeds, it becomes difficult to hear and understand everything that comes out over this speaker, even on max volume and even when clipped to the sun visor right above my head. I have had to clip it to my collar at times in order to have a conversation without asking "what" every other sentence. This would likely not be an issue in a quieter car, but then again, such a car would be likely to have built in Bluetooth these days.

My wife has had this for over a year. I liked it so much that I bought one for my vehicle. With over a year experience in using this, I can say that:- It connects very easily using Bluetooth.- Audio clarity is really good.- Buttons are well placed and easy to use.It has awesome features such as voice commands via Siri. I can make phone calls simply by asking Siri to call a number. The button layout is simple and I have no difficulty accessing any of them while driving.Lasts a really long time on a single charge. I haven't actually timed how long it lasts, but my wife has reported that she experienced a 5-6 months use on a single charge.I have gotten into the habit of turning mine off when I'm not in the vehicle which will extend battery life.Because this is a Bluetooth device, you can stream music from your phone. The sound quality isn't the best, but for those of us who don't have a stereo system with Bluetooth technology and want to play music saved on our phones, this isn't too bad considering it's main purpose is hands-free voice communication,This comes packaged well and includes a charging cable. You will need to supply your own USB charging cube.
