I've started making sourdough bread without these two tools. While doable they make it much easier.

I just received these items and was not expecting much because of the great price. I thoroughly enjoyed being wrong about these items. They appear well made and are exactly as described. I am planning on using them in making homemade sourdough bread and I feel the scrapers will be very helpful.

The metallic bench scraper is nice and sturdy. Not sure if it is dishwasher safe but easy enough to wash by hand. The plastic scrapers are flexible but rigid enough to get what you need done. If plastic is not your thing, this bundle is still worth it just for the stainless steel scraper. At the time of this review, this bundle was a well priced $6.24 all in.
