I recently bought this as a Christmas gift for my brother who still owns an original unit. We did side by side comparisons of every setting and it is absolutely indistinguishable from the original. Amazing that Behringer nailed it in such a tiny and affordable unit.

Compared to the minitaur from Moog I feel personally the sound of the Toro is missing something. Is it cheaper, yes. But as we all know cheaper isn’t the best option for most users. I’d suggest a bass station or any other bass synth first, before the Toro.
