Filter Element Replacement
STEP1
- Turn counter clockwise to remove the bowl cover.
STEP2
- Remove the fixing nut of the filter element by counter clockwise rotation.
STEP3
- Replace the matched filter element and tighten the fixing nut.
STEP4
- Install the inner cup and the protective cover shell.
- Filter element replacement completed
Operations and Features
Attention
- Before installing the accessories, please wrap the sealing tape around the fittings to prevent air leakage.
- Before installation, it is necessary to fully remove the dust and cutting in the tubes.
- The inlet and outlet should not be installed in reverse direction,the filter should be installed vertically and the bowl guard should be downward with proper space left up and down.
- The air filter regulator should not be installed near the air compressor, because a large amount of moisture is still in the steam state, so it should be installed near the gas device to ensure that most of the moisture in the air has cooled into liquid.
- When the water level rises to the critical position, timely drainage is required.If the cooling water submerges the filter element, the water will contaminate the downstream pneumatic components along the filter element.
- Check the bowl guard regularly to see if there is any crack. If it is broken, replace it in time to avoid injury.
- Avoid direct sunlight.
