26 cm high globe - without distracting lines
For reasons of aesthetics and clarity, we have removed longitudes and latitudes from our cork globe. This allows you to focus on the relevant countries. The result is an appealing and clear world map on which your pins can really shine.
With 102 pins in different shapes & colors
Your new globe comes with lots of different pins. You will receive a total of 102 pins in different shapes: 12 large, red pins, 78 small, colorful pins and 4 x flag pins each in blue, green & red. You can use these to easily highlight places and countries.
Cork - a natural material
Cork is a sustainable raw material that interacts with its setting and swells with changes in temperature and humidity. A thin layer of cork and great craft are needed to keep the world map on the cork globe from warping. The only 3-mm thick cork layer on dimensionally stable cellulose ensures that the country borders do not shift even when exposed to great humidity. In order to maintain the globe’s wonderful appearance, a bit of force is thus required when inserting the pins.

Value for the money is meh. It’s smaller than I imagined but looks cute and I like the simple design. I bought different pins-copper, silver and gold for a more elevated look.
