I’m unfamiliar with the wiring of a stop light so I’m not sure what’s needed but this doesn’t change from red to green. I’m almost positive there needs to be some sort of switch hooked up for that. What I did was switch a couple wires so the the red and green light comes on when plugged in. There was no plug when I got this in the mail so I had to wire one up myself. It’s just 110v so it’s not hard at all. I got this to hang in my garage as a prop. I like to collect old vintage signs and such so thought this would be a fun addition. It’s made of plastic and seems to be made fairly well.
