.This product crumbles, gets dusty and creates a lot of ash. Hard to start, and pops while starting for some reason. Will not buy again. Better off just buying whatever they sell at the store. Not a premium product. Will go back to my previous brand.

When you grill, you have a basic choice, briquets or lump charcoal. With briquets, steer clear of the "K" brand, since they use a lot of chemical binders and whatnot to get that perfect burn. These briquets, on the other hand, are absolutely amazing. Slow burning, great heat output and a wonderful smoky aroma. These are the only briquets I will ever use. They cost more, but, you get what you pay for.

These last a long time for slow cooks. Did a 11 lb Brisket last week for 11 hours @ 235 F on 1 bag.

This charcoal is great for long cooks or smoking. But for this price I buy it at any local ace hardware store for $14/bag for the same size
