It's much easier and quicker than applying tape by hand, and the results are noticeably neater and straighter. This manual, floor-tape marking machine arrived adequately packaged in a generic box with virtually no protection, which resulted in several scratches and scrapes that were deep enough to expose the metal beneath (which will rust if left alone). The instructions consists if a small, 2-sided piece of thickish paper with several color pictures illustrating use, as well as adequate English explaining the steps. The striper itself seems well built. The wheels all turn smoothly. Overall, it could use a little refinement on the packaging department, but otherwise, its okay.
