Both sides of the tool included broke immediately, after installing the battery I found the battery doesn’t work and won’t take a charge, very disappointing.

I did some research and watched the videos on replacement. The problem is the videos show a good battery being removed, not a bad bloated battery. When removing battery, when you pull on the battery firmly, you may experience a firework whistle noise followed by acrid smoke and plastic meltdown caused by old battery. In my case leaving an unusable plastic molten framework!! Bad News!

So I ordered this for my GPL flip which I absolutely loved I was devastated from the battery died on it it would no longitude to charge so when I came across this one there was a replacement I was trying to weary about their quality of it but it turned out to be very nice very good and I do not tell the difference in any kind of battery length battery charging time or anything like that super easy to install the functionality is 100% perfect to fit is 100% perfect in my mind to be a great value to purchase if you would like to get your JBL flip for up and going again if it has a battery issue definitely recommend this

I have been using it for the last several days while at work, this last time I drained it all the way down until the last battery dot was red and flashing. I’ll assume it was at its last 10% or so, I plugged it in to my charger with a MAH readout and it stopped at 2650mah. So I’m thinking it may be closer to a 3000mah battery.WITH THAT BEING SAID, I got close to 20 hours of use from a single battery without it shutting off on me using it near 3/4 volume the entire time. It’s still much better than the battery I had previously. I don’t see 5000mah being achievable Considering the size of the battery but it still a great deal for $13.4 star’s instead of 5 because during disassembly the plastic tool broke instantly trying to remove the speaker cover. And the Phillips head for the screws is a touch big so you need to apply good pressure to not strip the heads. Still not a huge deal breaker I made it all work for me and it’s great they supplied a small screwdriver. If this battery is still here in a couple years I will gladly purchase it again.
