Seem to work fine. Original battery or maybe the charger quit working. Wasn't really sure as the original battery only could be charged on the base. These solved the problem since they can be charged with USB C. Fit the radio perfectly. This way I have a backup battery and can charge the radio virtually anywhere.

I was looking for a way to boost the battery life of my UV-5R Radio, and these did the trick! I also like that I can charge them with USB instead of the bulky cradle, but the cradle still works with these. Really versatile, I really like these batteries.

I use my btech radio a lot and throughout the day I unfortunately had to recharge before I got this battery. So it will last throughout the day also easy to recharge if I needed to recharge by a battery pack for extended day use.

Let's be honest here. The stock UV5R battery is already miles on battery life than most HT's. This thing just sets it over the moon. This is one of those sit it and forget it for emergencies. Even better is that it is type c charagable.

If you have a UV-5R, you need these. They more than double your battery life and with USB-C charging, they allow you to use the most common charging format available. These fit flawlessly in my UV-5R and I am even considering purchasing more. I purchased these through ABBREE and due to my experience with this product, I am looking forward to checking out more of their products.

First off, I love the fact that I am now able to charge my radios (I currently have 2) just about anywhere without having to have my AC chargers, but still have the option to. I can charge in my car or even with my portable power bank. They are as easy to add as the regular battery and are very much worth the investment. Secondly, I like that they have give length to the radios, so that they don't feel so small when holding them, more to hold on to. I am very pleased with the purchase and will definitely buy more if I purchase more Baofeng UV-5R radios.

One of the 2 batteries has a flashing red/green light when charging. Tried multiple USB-C cables, multiple chargers and even 2 Baofeng charging cradles. Does not seem to ever fully charge. Voltage drops rapidly when radio is on, only lasts a few minutes. The light on the cradles only rapidly flash as if the battery is not connected. Never solid red or green in the cradles. Also could not get this bad battery to attach to my 2018 F8HP. The other battery did attach but took a huge amount of pressure to click into place. So 1 battery is not useable and the other is troublesome.
