I’m a self-taught entrepreneur. I jumped in by purchasing this Bai Vision V-22. It came packaged beautifully. Only hard part is moving it. It’s very heavy. But the weight helps with the sturdiness of the machine. So if you have a plan for moving it, you’re golden. I took 4-5 men to carry it to our basement.I watched many, many tutorials. I practiced a lot. I ruined a lot of clothing. BUT I feel comfortable now embroidering. I no longer have to practice a design before I do my final run.I taught myself to digitize. The biggest help has been Bai’s customer service. They are willing to help at the drop of a pin. I could not make it through without the help of the Facebook group.Between the Facebook group and the help from Bai representatives, I was able to make it through the first year of having my Bai from having no experience to running a small business.This machine is awesome!

This machine is awesome! It took awhile to get all the tension correct but the BIA representatives have always answered my questions and are very helpful.This machine is a beast!

This is not a machine for beginners I suggest something with less needles to worry about. Machine is heavey if you are worried about weight of machine and moving it better off getting the mirror 1501 as it is far lighter. this machine needs machineery to lift it into place as the entire frame is cast inron and is extremely heavey.

Overall, the sewing machine has been a reliable and user-friendly tool since its arrival. While it is heavy to assemble, the process was straightforward, and the comprehensive YouTube videos provided step-by-step guidance, facilitating my initial sewing experience. However, what truly impressed me was the exceptional support provided by the staff at BAI. I recently joined their Facebook group, and within minutes, a support engineer, Leo, reached out to me. His assistance has been invaluable in addressing the minor challenges I have encountered. His prompt responses and willingness to verify solutions have made the process of resolving my issues a breeze. I am highly satisfied with my experience and will undoubtedly consider purchasing another BAI sewing machine.

This is a great machine. The machine is a work horse and even more so the support after purchase by the BAI team is AMAZING! Any issues that I have, mostly from my inexperiences, have been solved by the team quickly (shoutout to Chris)! I'm super pleased with this machine and its capabilities. The V22 is great for hats too! It doesn't have auto threading or a camera/laser to easily center designs, but in my opinion those are "nice to haves" and at this price, this machine does everything I want and more. 10/10 would purchase again. it is very sturdy.I gave 4 stars for beginners, because while this machine is easy to learn, in general embroidery is a difficult craft to learn, and a 15 needle is a beast.

I can’t say enough about this machine. Let me say that I am a complete beginner and this is my first embroidery machine. I went with the bai v22 because it had great reviews and I wanted the more industrial version. The software is very easy to use and navigate. I thought I would struggle bad not knowing anything about embroidery but I have had a great experience so far. I joined a bai group on facebook and there were so many people willing to help with any and all issues, most issues are new people not knowing what to do lol. I watched a ton of videos on YouTube before purchasing to see if I felt like it was something I was capable of doing. And there is a ton of awesome videos to learn how to use it. The only downside to this wonderful machine is the weight. It is 700lbs+ and you need 4 very strong guys to be able to lift it on to the stand. Once it was in place I was able to get it up and running in no time. The customer service is beyond amazing only down side is they are in China so they respond in the evening which is fine with me, but they are always asking me how my machine is running and if I have any questions. My only regret with this machine is not getting the 2 head version, that will be my next purchase when I get the funds and a bigger location. If you are considering this machine you won’t be disappointed!

You can see from this picture.. it was large, complex.. no issues, loaded image, set colors and start.. in my case. the tension was already set.. I was not sure who to call BAI if I had any issues, but got on a FB group, and reached out to some of the BAI reps and before I knew it.. they were there if I had any questions.. I am not digitizing my own designs.. still learning the process but I'm excited and glad I bought a BAI.. did a lot of research before my purchase.. thanks!
