Cheapest of its kind and perfect for our purpose. It is not self-standing, but we attached it to the side of a small wooden crate that we use for mobile art supplies. Each rack is 11.5" x 15.75". In practice we found we can lay two 8.5" x 11" sheets side by side (16 items total using all 8 racks).

I have never had a good spot to dry my students artwork. I decided to browse Amazon to see what I could find. This drying rack is what I decided on and it is a great way to dry the students wet projects. Wall mounted, convenient and works. Very happy with the purchase

This solves a lot of my problems when painting. I inevitably paint more than one piece - more like 5- and have no space to dry them in my tiny art studio. This is sturdy for my watercolor and mixed media art. Was easy to install. Wouldn’t use it for heavy canvas though. Great buy!

I found assembly a bit annoying. I wish the individual shelves were angled to separated the shelves more. I'd recommend this for use with paper, nothing on canvas that would be a thicker width.

I didn't like the design of this drying rack. The racks can be removed, however if the racks are bumped while in the horizontal position they can become easily dislodged from the wall rack that holds them. I noticed one of the brackets to house the screw was bent on the wall part of the rack. I was able to bend it back, but I have to wonder if it might snap off with too much torque from the weight of the total number of racks. There should be a way to lock the racks in place so that they don't easily collapse. I noticed there's a warning on the product page that this product gets returned.I'm disappointed in this product. I was under the impression that the racks could be folded up, They cannot. They can only be in the horizontal position or removed entirely. It takes way to much room to set this up. The hardware to hang the wall bracket also doesn't seem to be the best quality either. To be 5-stars the manufacturer must improve the design of the screw bracket, but also provide a way to put racks in three positions: The up position (parallel to the wall), the down position (parallel to the floor and for drying art pieces), and the off position (removing the rack entirely from the wall rack. All of this so that when in the up or down position the rack is fixed to stay that way and so the littlest bump doesn't cause the rack to fall to the floor in a clatter.I can only give this item 3 stars.

I love painting and this is such a space saver! We do a lot of arts and crafts in our house so this is really great to store them while the paint or glue drys. It came in a glossy black that looks nice, and will wipe off well.It does not stand up on its own, it has to be attached to the wall, but once up it’s nice and sturdy. You can slide it securely down onto the screws and it functions great letting me put it together on the wall easily and take it all down when not in use. I put it in an inconspicuous spot in our hallway and am going to paint the screws to match the wall. So- easy peasy pop up drying rack! Some of the hooks were at an odd angle making the shelves uneven, but I just applied gentle pressure to correct them and was able to fix it to get those nice even spaces. The hardware to mount the rack was sub-par. One screw wasn’t machined deep enough to work well with the Philips bit I had, and I had to use a flathead to make it turn well. One drywall mount broke as I was putting it in. None of this is surprising and why I usually just op for using my own hardware to install things initially.Overall this space saving rack is a nice value for the money because it’s so helpful keeping my kitchen table clear!

I’ve given this four stars because the bottom shelf doesn’t sit at a 90° angle, so there was danger of my work slipping off, but otherwise it’s an ideal solution to air dry my artwork.I’d happily recommend this despite the slanting bottom shelf, as I’ve been looking for a drying rack for sometime and this fits the bill. It will hold just under an A3 piece of paper, it seems sturdy and you can remove the shelves when not in use.It was easy to install and really good value for money considering the other artist drying racks out there and I managed to get a discount off the postage fees.
