Facilité d'installation, Bonne qualité vidéo. L'application est très facile à utiliser. La homebase, pratique pour ne pas avoir d'abonnements tous les mois.Juste la création du compte qui m'a posé problème. Je ne recevais pas le mail de confirmation et il n'était pas dans les spams non plus. Donc tentative de création de compte avec 3 adresses mail différentes, la dernière à fonctionnée ... mail au bout de 6h.

One of the most useful and reliable product I found in Amazon. The app keeps getting better with every update and the customer service is amazing. I highly recommend this product who do not want to get into paid services as this product can record activities as per your preferences. The view is great and covers a wide angle and captures a good sound quality. Even the night vision works great. Make sure the solar panels are right positioned where it can get direct sunlight. No complains so far. Definitely a good investment when it comes to home security.

A tight package. Very easy to set up, video is clear, all functions seem to work well and are easy to manage. Components seem well built and easy to install. We’ve had a set of these at our business for over 2 years and it hasn’t skipped a beat. I was rewarded for my patience with a great sale price.Seems well worth the money.

I have 5 of these same cameras and have been really happy with their quality and performance. They work as intended, have been reliable and the app is very user friendly. Setup of the additional camera was really easy, just follow the prompts in the instructions and you're good to go in no time. The solar panel works perfectly so long as it gets appropriate sunlight, I am in Canada and I have it facing southwest and so long as the temperatures don't drop below -20'C for too long at a time they seem to be able to keep up with the battery usage. Overall they are high value cameras for the low cost and I would recommend them to everyone!

Products works very well, easy to set up, quick notifications, possibility to set up a detection zone.Unfortunately I had a problem with one camera, but the customer service was quick and professional: you contact them through the app that you install on your phone to use the cameras, follow the instructions and in a short amount of time they solve your issue.A new camera was sent. After watching multiple reviews I decided to go with this option and from opening to the setup process everything was pretty impressive and easy to understand. Very smooth process so I'd say 10/10 for ease of setup. Camera is a great build, the features are awesome, built in siren, decent 2 way audio, covers a wide angle and alerts are pretty quick.The issue however as can ben seen in the photos attached is that after setup one of the cameras displays everything with a red hue. The camera doesn't appear to be damaged externally so if it is it would be an internal thing or hopefully something a software update can fix. In the night however, the camera works fine and only displays this way in the day time. I'm assuming the infrared lights or something of the sort is stuck on which is what causes the red imagery during the day time.I've contacted Aosu's customer support via the app (the app is also very easy to navigate 9/10) who responded almost immediately. I've sent them the images as proof as well as the model number, etc and have asked for assistance/guidance with resolving the issue or having it replaced. They've asked me to give them 12-24 hours to get back to me. 14 hours in so should hear back soon. I'll update then. Without this defect I'd say to anyone it's a pretty solid option, easy to setup, app is easy to navigate, camera quality is crisp but I'm sure you can understand the disappointment having been looking forward to getting the product only for it to now have this defect.UPDATE: After reaching out to customer service, an amazing agent by the name of Julie agreed one ofnthe cameras did indeed have a defect and offered to send a replacement camera, no additional cost to me and also no need to return the defected camera. Camera arrived in a matter of days. I have not currently been able to set up adn test as yet due to being away for work but regardless of this I think the customer service received deserves 5 stars. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 For Julie 👏🏽 I'd buy any product this company has if this is the level of customer service consistently delivered!

I bought this system to replace my Arlo system. Arlo went up in price and we’re charging a monthly fee, so I decided to give this a try. Ok, all in all, I really like it. The solar panels work really good, cameras have stayed pretty much fully charged. Design is nice, app is easy to use, pictures are clear and you can zoom them. Actually really nice set up. So here is what I do not like about these first thing is Arlo picks up motion a lot faster, so there is a delay in getting a alarm that someone is there probably about 20 seconds, which doesn’t sound like a lot but it actually is, Arlo was faster. 2nd issue is, it only picks up people and bigger things. It will not register cats, foxes,etc. The Arlo camera picked all this up. I really miss that feature. Now, would I buy again, yes, but if I had extra money to blow I would go with Arlo. If you don’t care about seeing animals and etc. than buy this. It’s cheaper, easy to use, and good quality. I also believe this camera has a better range, especially for live zooming, the pic is crystal clear. Hope that helps

I have 3 Arlo 2 Pro systems and have been seriously disappointed in Arlo's new pricing program and value for the fees they want to charge for their cloud based storage plans. I was planning on making an upgrade, but not for $25/mo per set up. I spent considerable time reviewing other options and decided these cameras may be a good replacement. So far I am happy with my purchase - so happy I replaced another one of my other Arlo systems with the same package. Some pros and cons:Pros- simple to set up. Up, mounted and running in less than an hour- solar works great to keep them charged, even thru a window- Mounted my second system in the afternoon and the solar panels easily recharged the brand new out of box cameras at 75% to 100% in a few afternoon hours.- while I miss my cloud service, the internet accessible phone system works really well, as good if not better than Arlo.- I like the wide screen view, allows me to pick up more space- I also like the ability to dial in the detection zone with no extra fees- One concern I had was distance from the home base. My shop building is 110 feet from my two story house and no issues with the distance. Probably close to the max distance- Cameras are clear, better than my Arlo system.- Cameras work in zero to subzero weather unlike Arlo.Cons- wish there was a PC based way to access the cameras- cameras are a little bigger than Arlo and not quite as compact- miss the magnetic mounts of Arlo, those were nice to mount and adjust - but not a deal killer- would be nice to be able to better adjust the cord length. Nice to have the cord length in some cases, more problematic when the camera and solar are close together.- simplify the various settings. A bit more complicated to make adjustments.Good system, I like it obviously because I bought a second system. I'll update this review if I have more pros or cons. Sorry Arlo, make better business decisions next time.
